We had Finley’s cater for our wedding in May 2024. We had a great experience from day 1 when tasting the food. Communication was prompt and most importantly, the food was AMAZING. Extremely fair pricing for the quality they provide. We still have guests asking who catered because they wanted to use them for upcoming events of their own! We were able to fit in so many options with our budget- so we had something each guest could enjoy. I would cater through Finley’s again in a heartbeat!

Ben and Finley's made our wedding catering order not only easy, but incredibly personable too! The food was delicious, Ben was so communicative throughout the whole process, and the day of event staff were so kind and helpful! We got so many compliments on the service and food! It really was so wonderful. I can't recommend them enough for your wedding or event.

If you are looking for an amazing and awesome caterer for your special day, stop looking....this is your caterer! Finleys not only went above and beyond my expectations, I had another caterer that was supposed to be handling the appetizers....who dropped the ball. Ben was onsite and noticed right away there was a problem and he took care of it like it was his problem. For that I am so grateful and of course amazed. My guests would not stop talking about the steaks that Finley's grilled for us~ Finleys truly did an amazing job. I would stop scrolling and book this caterer ladies!

Finley's catered our wedding back in September. We still receive compliments from our guests regarding how delicious the dinner was! And not only was the food amazing, but we felt fully taken care of by Ben and his staff. Everyone was kind, efficient, and professional. My family still talks about how nice it was for Finley's staff to plate the food for the older guests AND take it to their table! Above and beyond Finley's went! My husband and I cannot wait to go back to Battle Creek to have some yummy BBQ!

Finley's did a great job with catering for my daughter's wedding. They were great from the start with helping us plan the menu, pricing different options, timely set up and delivery, and clean up. The food turned out amazing, and we got a lot of positive feedback about it.

Finleys was very communicative and easy to work with when planning our June wedding in Battle Creek. On our wedding day, the staff was professional and friendly and the presentation was beautiful. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! We went with the three meat package (brisket, pulled pork, chicken), mac and cheese and green beans. Finley's, under Ben's leadership and his crew, is definitely the company to use for delicious, hot food served in a professional, efficient manner. Ben was fabulous to work with to plan, give suggestions, follow-up, and go above and beyond to quickly delivery the best wedding reception dinner I've had in years. Many of the guest echoed my same sentiments. My daughter, and now husband, had picked Finley's to be the caterer after attending 8 weddings in 2021 (two of which Finley's provided the dinner) and stated Finley's was the best food and service out of all the receptions.

Selecting Finley’s as our wedding caterer was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were married in the summer of 2020, and Finley’s did an incredible job of catering. They had a number of precautions in place to ensure our buffet lines were safe for our guests. Their team was extremely professional and provided exceptional customer service. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to, and their setup looked great. The food was AMAZING!! We received so many comments raving about the food. Our guests were very happy with the taste and generous portion sizes. We did pulled pork, brisket, mac-n-cheese, cornbread, baked beans, chicken strips, and a salad. They also brought all of their different BBQ sauces. The catering manager even went out of his way to stop by and check in with us to ensure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend Finley’s to anyone looking for catering for an event!

Thanks to Finley's Grill & Smokehouse for the wonderful BBQ dinner served for my daughter's wedding reception. The Assistant Catering Director, Brian, took care of all the details beginning with scheduling a tasting to select the items we wish to have. He assisted to navigate through a COVID-postponed wedding and hit it out of the park for the event last month. The guests complimented the food that was served, especially the St. Louis ribs, and the staff that were at the event took care of all the service and details with flawless execution and friendly smiles. In these uncertain times during the pandemic, we couldn't have selected a better caterer for handling our event. I would highly recommend Finley's for any event in the Lansing area, they truly were remarkable in every way. Thank you again!

We recently had our daughter’s wedding at Cherry Barc farm in Charlotte Michigan and hired Findley’s Grill and Smokehouse. Ben who works for them was our go-to guy and he made sure everything was perfect the day of the wedding! Ben and his staff were there on time and due to COVID had a safe served to you buffet! Now most importantly ... the FOOD was FANTASTIC! We received sooooo many compliments on it. The meat was so tender ... the turkey was my favorite! I believe they recently closed their Lansing store but it DOES NOT matter because they are full strength out of Battle Creek and will go wherever! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!!!!

We asked Finley's to cater our wedding reception and they did an outstanding job!!! They had us meet with them more than once to go over everything for our reception to make sure everything was just as we wanted it, and they were very good about keeping in correspondence with us leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, their food was wonderful and their presentation so professional. Their spread was just what we wanted for our rustic/farm themed wedding, and they really worked with our budget! And, they let you take any extra food home! One thing they did for our wedding that really just blew me away was this...My husband really wanted to have cheesy potatoes at our reception, but from what I can remember, they didn't have cheesy potatoes on their menu. So we sent them a family recipe of cheesy potatoes, they made a batch and did some experimentation with it to make it more do-able to make and serve for a large crowd. They let us taste-test it. It was great! So they made that family recipe of cheesy potatoes and served it at our wedding!!!!! If that's not going way above and beyond, I don't know what is! Thank you so much for being part of our wedding reception, Finley's! We just couldn't be happier with the food and the service that we received! And we didn't even have to spend an arm and a leg. Thank you!

Ben took absolutely great care of us for our wedding in July! The food was amazing and I still have guests telling me how much they loved the food now in December. With the craziness of the wedding day in full effect, everything turned out great and I don’t have any complaints. We also used their bartending service and they did a fantastic job as well. Highly recommend the smoked turkey and pulled pork, but they also did a great job catering to all of our vegan guests which I loved! Thanks Finley’s!

had the pleasure of booking Finley's for my wedding catering for 250 people. I dealt with Ben specifically for everything and I could not have asked for any better! the food was absolutely amazing and we received so many compliments and are still receiving them! Ben was a pleasure to work with and is an outstanding person. I was extremely impressed with their entire catering service. Highly recommend!! I also forgot to add that they took care of my bartending as well. The two ladies behind the bar were absolutely amazing! They made perfect drinks and even remembered a lot of people's drink orders when they approached the bar. They were so nice and welcoming and very fast as well!

Had Finley's cater our son's graduation open house. They did a fantastic job. The food was amazing. So much food for the money. The presentation was awesome. Would definitely recommend to others in the Jackson area. Kareen (FORGIVE ME if i misspelled your name) was attentive. Ben was so accommodating to our needs. The pulled pork and mac and cheese was the best I've ever tasted.

Finleys catered to my wedding this passed weelend with me asking them short notice. I was beyond AMAZED how quick to respond the manager was, how truly accommodating he was, how easy to talk to and personable he was and he represented findleys super well! Everyone was talkimg about how good the meals were and how much of a good job the servers were. I was so blesaed to work with Ben for my wedding and so pleased with Findleys. I am such a slacker. I was married this past July(2017) and had Finley's cater the food. Ben is amazing to work with. The prices are great and the food was amazing. The whole process was simple. We had them provide everything, set up, serve, and clean up. The only two issues that I had was I fell in love with Finley's as my caterer before I had a venue picked out(most places only want who they choose/prefer), and I over ordered so we had way too much food to eat.

Finley's catered for our wedding in July 2017. They did an absolutely amazing job! We didn't have to worry about a thing! The food tasted amazing and they even let us keep the leftovers to eat the next day :) I would definitely recommend them for other weddings and events! We were extremely pleased with their services.

We went with Finley's because they were local, their food was spectacular and we loved the choices. I have been to weddings where they paid through the nose for their catering and the food was boring and bland. Not so with Finley's. Their food was all freshly made, smoked and you could smell the rich genuine smoked bbq flavor from a long ways away! I wanted people to drool while they were waiting to eat and the best way to do that was to have freshly made and smoked food. Finley's delivered in spades and all our guests complimented us on their service and excellence. Overall they were highly professional, very, very courteous and on point and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience on our special day. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Oh yes! In a heartbeat!

Finley's catered our wedding reception back in September. When my husband and I began wedding planning the only thing we knew we HAD to have for food was pulled pork. It didn't take me long to find Finley's and I am so thankful that we did. We worked with Ben who was so accommodating to all our ideas. We utilized their bar tending service as well which was a huge help to lump those services together. Ben even made a separate meal for a guest with food allergies. Our guests raved about the food so much; many had seconds & most weren't even hungry for dessert! Haha we had so much dessert leftover. I had many people ask me afterwards for Finley's contact information for their own future weddings. So thankful we found Ben and Finley's because it made that aspect of our wedding planning easy and stress free. Thank you :)
