We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Christina Jarvis, and I would hire her over and over again....this is not an exaggeration. She was our planner/coordinator, and from the moment she stepped in, she completely took over in the best way possible. I had tried to take on so much myself, and without her, there is no way our day would have been as perfect as it was. We are also a wedding vendor, and after working with her at one event, I knew immediately I wanted and NEEDED her to be a part of my special day. She went so far above and beyond in every possible way and was honestly perfect. From start to finish, she made sure our day was exactly how we envisioned it. If there were any issues along the way, we genuinely have no idea, because she handled everything so calmly and gracefully. She traveled for our wedding and worked tirelessly for 15+ hours, never missing a beat. From coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everyone had what they needed, to building out the timeline, decorating, and even helping with cleanup; she truly did it all. I am sure there are a million details she took care of that I don’t even know about…she is a superhero! Every single detail was thoughtfully handled. What meant the most to us was how well she understood what was truly important to us and made those things her top priority. She also handled our family and friends with so much grace and professionalism (which is no small task!) and made everyone feel taken care of. Because of Christina, our entire day felt smooth, stress-free, and so incredibly special. We were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, and that is something we will forever be grateful for. If you are considering hiring her, do it immediately. She is worth every penny and more. 🤍

Hi, I'm Christina! I have had a love and passion for planning and creating celebrations for longer than I can remember. I have made her career in the industry for the past decade, including running a premier venue in the heart of Cincinnati, OH where I designed, created, and directed seamless productions for weddings, galas, soirees, and more. I'm excited to now be located in Greenville, SC and serving the Upstate and beyond. I am passionate about all of lifes moments and am here to help you celebrate them.

From the moment she arrived, she never stopped for even a second. She took care of every detail — things I didn’t even know needed attention — and did it all with a smile and a level of dedication that is truly rare. You can tell isn’t just a job for her; it’s her passion. And she is extraordinarily good at it. We were blown away by how many wedding guests approached our families — and even reached out to us personally after the wedding — just to tell us how incredible Christina was. It speaks volumes about the impact she made on our day. My wedding day was everything I dreamed of because of Christina. ing on half the time during set up & clean up, but thank goodness Christina knew exactly what to do. She helped with every tiny little detail and I know she was happy to do it. If you are looking for a coordinator who genuinely wants you to have the most amazing day of your life, who will coordinate with vendors, ensure timelines and and expectations are met, you’ve found your girl! More than coordinator, she is a friend. You would be so lucky to have her present for your special day. She handled everything from centerpiece placements, timing, dances, toast timings, etc. She was so personable and able to talk to anyone - which was important to us that the vibe was right. I was grateful she was able to work with our other vendors to ensure the day was exactly what we had in mind. She listened to our vision and executed. If there were any true hiccups behind the scenes we had no idea. (We actually still don't have any idea!) It was a breath of fresh air to have someone come in and listen to our wants AND needs AND that we trusted.
