She worked with me for weeks afterward as we made little tweaks and additions, and she helped bring together not just the florals, but so many of the details that made the entire space feel cohesive and beautiful — chargers, candles, gold flatware, and more. What I appreciated most was how kind, thoughtful, and honest she was throughout the entire process. She worked within our budget, offered recommendations and opinions openly, and never once made me feel like she was trying to upsell me or convince me to spend more money. If there was a better or more practical option, she told me. It always felt like she cared more about creating something beautiful that fit us than about simply adding more to the bill. And, she was incredibly kind with every correspondence. And the final result… I literally cried when I walked into the reception room and saw everything set up. The florals were STUNNING. Every detail felt intentional, romantic, and completely true to the vision we had built together. I was so obsessed with my bouquet that I’ve since had it preserved in a frame AND made into a necklace because apparently I am not ready to let these flowers go. Kristen and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I honestly wish I could hire her to design my entire life. I cannot recommend Fiori enough.

During our consultation, we worked with a consultant to create a detailed mood board that included specific images showing the exact pastel color palette, floral style, and overall feeling we wanted for our wedding. We were very clear that we did not want traditional “Easter pastels,” but instead wanted a soft, bright, whimsical pastel look. We were reassured that our vision would be understood and executed. Unfortunately, what we received on our wedding day did not reflect what we had discussed or what was shown in our mood board. The color palette came across as the exact style we specifically expressed we did not want. Our cocktail hour foyer felt completely different from our vision and looked more like a rainforest than the elegant pastel atmosphere we had planned. The floral arrangements, including my bouquet, were not what we had discussed or what our consultation images represented. Even the candles were a different color than what had been presented to us during planning. This was incredibly disheartening. So much time, effort, trust, and money went into creating a once-in-a-lifetime day, and it was painful to feel like our vision was not prioritized. We were promised that our Pinterest board and mood board would be brought to life, but unfortunately, the final result did not match the expectations that were set. We did communicate with a Fiori Florals director, and she was kind, professional, and apologetic. We appreciate the communication and the willingness to address our concerns, but unfortunately, apologies or reimbursement cannot change the fact that these florals were a major part of our wedding day and something we will always remember. A wedding is a day that many couples spend months or years planning and dreaming about. We trusted a professional company with something extremely meaningful to us, and we left feeling like our vision was overlooked and that our wedding was not treated with the care and attention we expected. I hope this feedback helps future couples communicate clearly and make informed decisions. We would not recommend Fiori Florals for couples wanting a specific pastel floral design, as our experience did not reflect the vision we carefully planned. No couple should have to feel the disappointment we felt on a day that should be filled with nothing but happiness and memories they cherish forever. We will be including photos of the mood board created during our consultation as well as photos of what was delivered on our wedding day so others can understand the difference between the vision we discussed and the final result.
