Firas is just the best. He is an incredibly talented designer that made wedding dress shopping one of the most fun parts of wedding planning. He makes every bride (or customer) feel as though they are his only customer, is easy to work with, always runs on time, and tells you what he's thinking (which I personally LOVE). Firas was also incredibly patient with me, and let my entire entourage of a family stop by to see the dress on numerous visits (at least 4 separate times with family / support group in toe). My mother ultimately mailed Firas a small piece of my childhood blanky to be sown into the hem of my wedding dress (I'm not even kidding), and Firas even humored my mother by doing that. Oh, and he has champagne each time you go to visit, which is obviously just fun and generous of him. I really can't say enough great things about Firas. If you want to find / design your perfect dress, have someone tell you honestly what looks good and what doesn't, and have fun while you're doing it, this is the designer for you.

There are no words to describe how wonderful of an experience I had working with Firas. My dress was truly one of a kind. Before visiting Firas's shop I tired on many designer dresses not one of them met my expectations. I knew within the 1st half hour of my appt with Firas that he had to be the one to make my dress. I explained what I was looking for in a dress and he knew right away what I wanted and then some. He even drew up a picture of my vision and within a few months that vision was real. It was the 1st time in my life that I envisioned what I wanted to wear and to have it become a reality. He has such a wonderfully amazing team working with him. If you want your dream dress, that one dress that you can see when you close your eyes then you MUST go to Firas Yousif. Firas will make that dream dress come to life.

I walked into this shop on a whim and caught the designer Firas between appointments. This man is so knowledgeable, artistic, and just plain amazing at what he does. He spent so much time with me and my group showing me a few gowns, how he works with the bride to come up with a design, and what he would recommend for my figure. The only reason I didn't purchase here was because the price was over my budget (as it deserves to be as custom couture), but if it is in your budget I don't know why you would even bother with anything else. He was great and you'll end up with a well made, beautiful dress, custom to your figure and style.

My experience at Firas Yousif Originals was truly one of a kind. I had almost given up on my search for the perfect wedding gown until I came across his showroom on Newbury Street a few weeks ago. I decided to make an appointment.and was not disappointed! Firas really takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a gown, understands a woman's figure and provides a truly customized experience. I felt like a princess at every single one of my fittings! The final design we decided upon was impeccable and I got so many complements on the day of my wedding. Make an appointment with Firas ASAP-you will not regret it!

We looked forever. Surprised to find Newbury St (where my Grandmother and Mom bought their dressses) had only a few larger shops. Found this place. Owner makes everything by hand and just for me! Check out the selection. Amazing!!!! Yipee!!! Real couture. LOVED. Felt like the DIVA I know I am. Rita
