We had a lunch reception, so we only paid for the food, drinks, and tips for waitstaff. We didn't pay an extra fee for the space. The staff was wonderful--extremely helpful and down-to-earth. The space was perfect for our reception!;It wa...s a nice day, so people could use the outdoor seating. If it hadn't been, it would have been a bit crowded inside. This would only be a good place if you have a relatively small reception.
