Our guests were in LOVE with the bbq chicken pizza, the Caesar salad and the basil/mozzarella/tomato kabobs. They even provided us a special bbq pizza specifically made for us for the evening. It’s so utterly important to have a food vendor you believe in, and boy are we glad we took a chance and chose fire on wheels to help us make our day even better. Thank you! Highly recommend !

I was nervous about the event and he assured and guided me through it, listening carefully to my wants and keeping the focus there. At the last minute I asked for an extra helper and he was able to accommodate. The food: appetizers, gourmet pizzas and cream puffs was amazing! My guests raved about the pizza, made with fresh top quality ingredients. This family run business treats their clients with such kindness and warmth! They offered custom to order pizzas with on-hand ingredients to my guests with special food needs. Made some pizzas with gluten free dough for those who wanted it. Overall this hardworking family was absolutely delightful. They kept up with clean up along the way and sent guests home with pizzas. Truly, I didn't worry because my guests, and I were well taken care of with delicious food and allergies were accommodated and I had no mess to clean up afterwards. And by the way, besides the best organic ingredients, imported flour and tomatoes, they are also environmentally conscious and if we used their paper goods and utensils those were also recycled and/or biodegradable. If I could give them ten stars I would be because the exceeded my expectations and were a joy to work with!
