We truly cannot say enough great things about Fireflies Farm. From our very first tour to the end of our wedding night, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. Choosing Fireflies Farm was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. The entire farm and all of the scenery is breathtaking. Every corner of the property offers a stunning setting, and our photographer had so many amazing locations to work with. We know we'll cherish those photos for the rest of our lives. The versatility of the venue was also something that we really liked from the start. We held our rehearsal dinner in the Gathering Garden, our ceremony in the Wedding Meadow, and our reception in Two Doves Barn. There are so many different options for your ceremony, reception, and overall setup that you can really make the day feel uniquely yours. No matter what your vision is, Fireflies Farm provides the perfect backdrop. Lastly, I wanted to highlight the owners and their staff. Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Lisa was there every step of the way to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help us think through details we never would have considered on our own. Her experience, organization, and genuine care made us feel confident throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly because of all the work she and her staff put in behind the scenes, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. If you don't want to take our word for it, our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and we received countless compliments throughout the night, as well as the days following the wedding. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to get married. If you're considering Fireflies Farm, don't hesitate. We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat and are so grateful to Lisa, Chuck, and everyone at Fireflies Farm for giving us a wedding day that exceeded every expectation. Fireflies Farm is a wedding and event venue located in Paola, KS. The site is a farm with a century year-old barn providing a distinctive backdrop to the newer built event space. Fireflies Farm is the labor of love project of Chuck and Lisa Hawke. The couple established the farm in 2018, with the first event hosted on-site in April 2023. Lisa’s vision for the venue ensured the farm and its grounds were transformed to a place worthy of cinema. The serene, lush surroundings will bring a sense of peace and harmony to your special day, making the wedding unforgettable. The venue has both interior and exterior spaces available for use. The Wedding Meadow is perfect for the wedding ceremony, and the Gathering Apartment offers a bridal suite, groom’s room, and smaller catering kitchen to enjoy the day with your wedding party and family. The fully equipped indoor event space comes with tables, chairs, a variety of linens, color-changing ceiling lights, and so much more. In house decor and tableware is included with rental. A day-of coordinator to assist in ensuring the success on the day of your event is available at a fee. The dedicated and professional staff will assist planning, set up and tear down, leaving you to enjoy your magical moment with your loved ones. The venue is now waiting for you to take the next step in your own love story in a unique, memorable setting. Wedding pricing: $6500.00- Saturday $5200.00- Sunday-Friday Guest capacity is 165 Alcohol packages are affordable.

ut was how perfect our venue was! Win! 2. My husbands favorite- the golf course attached to the property! Him & his boys spent the morning doing what they love most and it made for a great day for them!!! Plus- we got to take to golf cart for a cruise! 3. Lisa and Jordan and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Over the course of planning I emailed poor Lisa SO MUCH and she was wonderful about answering any question I had! She met with us at the venue multiple times and I loved that. She made us feel like family. 4. They provided so much for our guests to do! I love that we were able to have cocktail hour in its own place, and guests had so many yard games to enjoy! The fire pit & s'mores were a big hit as well. 5. Jordan was there the day of and took so much stress off me. I handed my wedding binder over to her & she made it all happen! They took every detail in account when designing this venue and it made everything PERFECT. 100/10 recommend choosing Fireflies Farm for your big day! Or any event honestly. I hope to go back one day for another event because I love it so much.

gs I have to say about Fireflies Farms. I got married in June 2024 and still receive many compliments about my wedding. Everyone comments on how beautiful the grounds/buildings are and how fun the space is. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Lisa (the owner) was so helpful!! I cannot thank her and her event coordinator enough for making sure I thought of everything, coordinating the day of, setting up the venue, and working with me on the unique activities I had planned throughout my wedding day. I got married in their meadow, and I have an elderly family member who has mobility restraints. They didn't think twice about using their golf cart to shuttle them to ensure my loved one was able to participate in such a special day! I cannot thank them enough for being so thoughtful in those little but important details! Also, the venue already having a stockpile of decor to choose from and decorate with was amazing and eliminated one more thing I had to worry about. Not that you need much decor since the venue is so pretty on its own that every corner is a beautiful backdrop to your photos!

m South Carolina and all of our guest were too. Chuck and Lisa not only went above and beyond for my husband and I but our guest too. They took time to make a list of fun things for our guest to do while visiting Kansas City. It was the first time for a lot of our guest and Lisa made sure they were going to want to come back to visit. If something doesn’t go as planned on your big day, did you really have a wedding? Lol. Every time I felt stressed, Lisa was right there asking what she could do to make things better or she would find a solution to everything!! Our officiant couldn’t make it due to health issues. We didn’t know of anyone else to officiate our wedding because well, we weren’t from there. Chuck ended up being our officiant by the grace of God and spur of the moment. And I would not have wanted it to be any other way! My husband and I still can’t think him enough for doing that for us. We got our wedding pictures back recently and I was amazed and how AMAZING the lighting was in the bridal room. The venue has such pretty views and sunsets to make your pictures look perfect on your big day. It has so much space inside and out. If you have a larger wedding party, this venue is perfect. I seriously fall in love with this venue more and more every time I look at our wedding pictures. Lisa takes all of your ideas and brings them to life. Every couple that uses FireFlies Farm holds a special place in her heart. She gets to know you on a personal level before your wedding day and even after your wedding day. I can’t say enough great things about Chuck and Lisa and their venue. You seriously won’t regret booking with them.

e so well kept and cared for. Chuck and Lisa are not only incredible venue owners, but they are incredible people. They cared deeply for us and for our day and it showed in how well they took care of us! Jordyn was also great help and so supportive throughout the day. I would totally recommend this venue for your special day! You will not regret it! :)
