Heidy did a phenomenal job with the florals and decor for our wedding. She provided all linens, flowers, candles/lanterns, and other decor items. Communication prior to our wedding day was excellent with our first meeting and then consistent emails/texts for clarifying questions. Heidy even made and effort to come see our venue before the wedding day as she had not previously worked there. She beautifully executed my vision and really created artwork throughout our venue and wedding day. Heidy clearly wanted to do a great job as she offered a lot of other items that she thought would add beauty to our day. On the day of the wedding she arrived on time and set thing up wonderfully. She even helped my mom add flowers to our wedding cake. She came back later in the day to move some of our ceremony florals to the reception area and then she came at the end of the night to clean everything up. I would highly recommend working with Heidy for your wedding as she is a true artist and will make your wedding beautiful!

beautiful the decor and florals were. We went to Heidy not really having a strong vision or preference for decor/florals, but we provided her a few ideas (succulents, colors, etc.). She took those ideas and created the most stunning decor and florals for our wedding that we could have ever imagined. She was also very helpful and communicative in the planning process. We booked a package with her which included all the ceremony/reception decor as well as the bridal party florals and was very fairly priced (absolutely worth the money!). Heidy and her team did all the set up and take down which really helped make the wedding day and planning process stress-free. We are so thankful we entrusted her and her expertise with such a big part of our wedding and could not be happier with the amazing job she did!

on day of ceremony. The entire event had to be moved inside into a large barn. Firefly Events showed up on time and had no problems making outdoor floral arrangments fit indoors. Even had an arbor moved on the property indoors. The look was professional and quite beautiful. We were all impressed how smoothly plans were changed at last minute and was no problem to Firefly Event staff. Thank-You again for a job well done.

into something out of a fairytale. I had a lot of signs and DIY things that I wanted to incorporate into the decorations and they did such an amazing job taking my ideas and mixing it in with theirs for an all over spectacular look. It’s not easy when a customer asks you to take a barn and make it look like Alice in Wonderland and Beauty and the Beast are throwing a garden party in the enchanted forest. HOWEVER, Firefly Events took that idea and made it happen! We had vines, moss, trees, books, candelabras, candles, and so much more. Everything was perfectly chaotic, picture perfect, and exactly what I wanted. We had an outdoor ceremony in the woods next to the venue, and Firefly Events made it look like a scene from a movie. After walking down the aisle, I remember (and have video proof) of looking around at my surroundings and saying to my almost husband how truly perfect it was. Everything about it was exactly what I had wanted.
