told you to smile for a pricey fee. David Firestine is undoubtedly in the former category. He and his assistant Lee provided truly exceptional photography services on our wedding day. They captured everything – the laughter, the sweet, private glances between a new husband and wife, the thoughtful gazes of proud parents – everything. Looking through these photos, we can relive every moment of our special day. Not to mention, both photographers were flipping fantastic to work with. Both were great at convincing our young ring bearer and flower girl to cooperate when they were getting tired and cranky, and both made the endless barrage of necessary group photos a lot of genuine fun. They are outside-the-box artists who provide a valuable service to couples looking for more than just a traditional wall portrait – they are photographic writers who capture the narrative essence of one of the most important days in a couple’s lives together.

f the wedding in the past and he was extremely professional, light-hearted, genuine and a blast. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to choose his company to shoot my engagement pictures, bridal, boudoir, and of course our destination wedding! He and his team have a way of making everyone they work with feel comfortable and relaxed. My fiance, who hates taking pictures, ended up having the best time during our engagement pictures that he wanted to invite him over for dinner one night. Our engagement pictures were perfect! Natural chemistry and love shown in each image, I was beyond thrilled! I can't wait to see the creative eye he has down in Costa Rica for our big day! Will definitely be sharing all my amazing pictures!
I will say this, I was very displeased to see the one and only bad review about Firestine Photography when I know them personally and how they handle their business. After thoroughly reviewing my contract myself before signing it, my fiance and I knew exactly what we were paying for and agreeing to. I don't know what happened to that particular client but to me it seems the contract was broken on the client's end. After reading it, you can definitely tell it was written with an overwhelming amount of emotions. Hope that bridezilla got everything worked out!
Hired David to shoot my wedding. Paid him $750 upfront for an engagement shoot and wasn't completely thrilled with the results. He asked us to give him some photos to edit that we ...
didn't like. We gave him some photos to edit and two weeks later he asked us what we wanted done with them. I asked for clarification and received a rude reply stating that he wasn't "going to go back and forth" with me on how I wanted the photos done and that he "couldn't polish a turd". I respectfully replied to David that we would no longer be requiring his services and he proceeded to block me on Facebook without so much as a reply. I wouldn't reccomend him to my worst enemy. I'd have been better off lighting $750 cash money on fire and watching it burn than dealing with Firestine Photography. Awful experience.

an booking separately. We got way more than we paid for. We had two photographers with us for what turned out to be about 14 hours on the wedding day and they seemed to be everywhere.
We have some beautiful and creative shots. I was very happy with the results. We will be able to display these for years and they are a lot nicer than the basic line up boring family photos.
Exactly what i wanted and would highly recommend to anybody.
