When capturing footage, Laird strives to document all the merriment, from the wedding party entrance all the way to the final dance. While crafting the final video, Laird expertly adds special effects such as lens flares and dynamic coloring to enhance the flow of the piece. FireWyre Films offers two wedding packages with full-day coverage. Both packages come with the option for couples to choose the soundtrack they desire for their wedding video. The packages can also be enhanced with add-ons including an edited video of ceremonies and receptions.

He did an exceptional job capturing our day ... all by himself. He broke the video down into chapters so we have one of our wedding party preparing before the wedding, the actual ceremony, the photo sessions, the reception ... it's just beautiful. My husband and I sat and watched the video together for the first time over the holiday and started crying all over again. It's one thing to relive the wedding via photos, but seeing it visually with a video and hearing your vows live ... is priceless. This was the best, last minute decision, we EVER made. GET THE VIDEOGRAPHER!

When balancing the wedding budget between catering, venue, dresses, etc; the videographer was something we thought we could save money and not need since we had a photographer. That was a huge mistake and we are so lucky that someone gifted us...
Laird's (owner of FireWyre) services. We received previews of the video after returning from our honeymoon and the full video about a month after. After seeing the video for the first time, there is no substitute for getting a videographer, it should be an absolute necessity for every wedding! Laird was able to capture some incredible moments that we can now cherish forever and we were able to share these videos with family and friends that were not able to make the wedding to help them feel like they were there. FireWyre's services were extremely prompt (usually returning emails in minutes where others were weeks) and was willing to work with us and the photographer to make the wedding as seamless as possible. To those thinking about having that random uncle with a video camera do this, I highly recommend spending the extra money to hire a professional. Video was shot in HD, edited, blended and balanced very well. While there may be videographers that are higher end, Laird was compact to the point of most people not noticing him, provided great shots, was timely and finished with a quality product. 100% recommend his services and can not thank him enough for the 1,000 times we have watched the wedding already!

Also, his videos, personalized with music of our choice, were wonderful in that each part of our wedding had it's own "chapter" on the DVD. In addition, it was nice to have a videographer that captured all of the most important parts of the day (e.g. ceremony, speeches, cake cutting and even our picture sessions); however, he was not in your face or at all obtrusive with his camera.
