First Choice Photography

When you call their voice machine along with any information on their website does NOT inform you what their business hours are, they just tell you that your call is not in their business hours. I spent the morning of the first day of the week of my wedding sobbing because I still hadn’t received a response and I had gone onto Google to see their reviews and noticed every single review they had received in the past year was 1 star. I feared I had been scammed and panicked that they may not even show up. I did end up getting a response that day, but not in time to make a poor bride planning her entire wedding not freak out. The next day I received a call back where the nice lady on the phone helped me to figure out the backdrop for the photos. What if I hadn’t called and left a message though? Because I wasn’t even aware there were options for back drops. She claimed that the option is on their website, but it is not. Also when you pick a template their website does not save what you picked and then continues to give you a notice that nothing is selected. Just an absolutely horrible website, making it impossible to be sure all the information selected is correct. Also the other reviews were correct about the Photo Booth breaking down. I was told by my matron of honor the next day that at some point the photo-booth was in-fact not working. The day after the wedding I received an automated message asking me to leave a review even though I was still waiting on my audio messages, which as this takes zero editing it should not take more than 48 hours for them to send it to me. It took them a week and me sending multiple emails for me to receive the audio recordings which I then sent a follow up email because I didn’t have access to the files they sent. They granted me access but I was waiting to actually listen to the recordings on our honeymoon which I was disappointed to find out the audio files didn’t actually play. I sent multiple emails throughout the week and eventually I left a voicemail threatening a lawsuit and then I got a response the next day, but by then my tech savvy sister in law figured out some weird way through downloading an app called VLC so we could listen to the recordings. The booklet of photos I received had barely any messages written in it as the photo-booth attendant did not bother to inform guests to do so, also the template I approved did not match perfectly what I received, the shade of purple looked almost white on the photo strips also the choppings of the photos were incredibly off. I at least do have a decent amount of audio recordings but that probably was only because I had read all the bad reviews and found out the photo-booth attendant most likely would not be doing their job and informing guests to leave a message so luckily I had the absolute best DJ and I had asked him to make multiple announcements throughout cocktail hour telling people about the phone and to leave a message. Also worth noting they did not have very many fun props for the photobooth. I would’ve brought some of my own stuff had I known that.
