First Class Presentation Catering

This catering company did a wonderful job catering our wedding! The presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. We had plenty of food left over and they packaged it all for everyone to take home. I even had a chocolate fountain that I provided everything for and they had no problem setting it up for me. I highly recommend them. I put all my trust in them and the food was the least of my worries while having to plan everything else 😊

Jackie and his staff were amazing. They were always there to help guide us through our wedding. Every question and request no matter how small or complicated they worked with us to get it done. They were so flexible and helpful I can't thank them enough. Jackie has obviously done this before and navigated us through our price options and food selections. The food was delicious, we had gumbo, an oyster bar, shrimp remoulade, crawfish pasta, meat and cheese board. I'm forgetting stuff and it was all delicious we had many compliments on our food. Also, the buffet presentations were beautiful our wedding photos look amazing!! Jackie and his crew just have the right personality they understand how stressful a wedding is and they were so helpful and patient. Also, my family used them for a brunch the day after the wedding and the shrimp and grits were a hit! They are very affordable and I highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and FCPC! They were phenomenal. our buffet tables were decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. He was able to accommodate us every way we needed. The specialty cocktails (rum punch) was amazing. My wedding was perfect and a large part of that is thanks to FCPC!!!

Jackie and the folks at 1st Class Catering were AMAZING! Our food was delicious. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the night and said how exquisite the food was. Jackie worked with us to customize our menu, never telling us 'no,' and always saying 'we can make that work.' For instance, we decided to swap out the traditional wedding cake for 2 types of bread pudding, which were both delightful. Jackie was always quick to respond to our questions or requests, even though I am sure he was busy with other events. He arrived during our site walk-through to review the location with our event planner. He showed up the day before to get all set up, so we were stress free on the big day. Their display setup and buffet were great and well spaced out for our large event. The carving station and pasta stations were great, too. His staff were extremely professional. They came upstairs when we wanted to enjoy our first few moments as a married couple, and before the party began, to give us a little taste of everything they were going to serve (and make sure we ate). Finally, the bartenders were professional, and kept the booze flowing. There were very few lines for drinks, the cocktails were professionally mixed. Really, you cannot ask for more from a catering group.

Jackie and his team provided food and bar service for our wedding day. We booked one of his top wedding packages and could not be more pleased. We received so much value for our money. The food quality was great and the servers, bartenders and wait staff were all friendly. I did not have any problems with communicating with Jackie. Most of our communication was done via telephone and not via email like other vendors but we had no problem adjusting to this. Additionally, I have to give praise to Jackie and his entire team for their flexibility. Our wedding was scheduled to start at 6pm the day Hurricane Nate was suppose to make landfall and the city of NO imposed a 6 pm curfew that caused us to push our ceremony and reception time up 5 hours. Jackie and his team were willing to accommodate given ~18 hours notice and the reception went as planned with no issues. I cant thank them enough for their flexibility and reassurance during that stressful time!

First Class Catering provided our food & Bar services for our big day. We could not have been happier. Our guest said it was the best food they had in New Orleans all weekend!!!! They were also VERY affordable. Jackie met with us to do a walk through of the venue and got an idea of exactly what we wanted. He answered every worried bride phone call I made for the next 8 months and assured me that it would all be great. On our big day the tables were decorated beautifully and the staff was more than professional. Picking them to cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. I would give more stars if I could !! WE LOVED IT AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY

Jackie catered our wedding at the heritage hall in kenner. We booked for his largest package including drinks and alcohol for 150 people. We had a tad over 150 show up and by the end of the 3 hour event, there was still plenty of food left. The food was phenomenal. Everyone loved it! The service was great and there was never a lack of service. The staff was very friendly, and took extra care of us, the bride and the groom and our parents. We had someone bring a few bottles of there own favorite alchohol and the bartender had no issue serving what they had brought. And the most phenomenal part of all of this was the cost. The cost was well below market value and the service was well above! You won't be disappointed hiring first class catering for any of your events. Thank you Jackie!

I had a great experience with Jackie Harris and his crew. Jackie kept in touch with me all throughout my wedding planning process and was always attentive to our needs. He provided all of the table decor and linens for the caterings, gave us a cake allowance to put towards our wedding cake, and provided the guest book and cake cutting utensils. His team showed up early on the night of the wedding and had everything set up and ready to go. The food was great and there was plenty of it! The servers were friendly and fast. We even got our own server to make sure we had food and drinks the entire night! I would highly recommend Jackie and his team at 1st Class Presentation Catering, especially if you are on a budget and need someone who is flexible and able to create a plan unique to your needs. Highly recommend!

If you want a caterer that is easily accessible. Do not choise this one. Thankfully I saw the work ethic this company displayed before putting down a deposit.
