We worked with Scott mainly through email, with a phone call or two. He listened to what we were looking for and came back with about ten suggestions. After talking it through more, he suggested Mexico, which we did not consider, for no reason other than we did not think about it. He set us up with an all-inclusive, adults-only resort on the Riviera Maya, and it was perfect. He listened to what we wanted and planned us the perfect trip, with airfare, transfers and resort included.
Next time we use a travel agent, we will definitely go here again.
