First Kiss Videography LLC

My Husband and I hired these people to do our videography services for our wedding. The first initial communication process was easy and they were very friendly. I signed the contract and gave them my payment but after that I hardly heard from them. It was about a week before my wedding and still hadn't heard from them, so I finally reached out and I provided her with my wedding timeline. Nothing was said after I sent it which made me a little apprehensive. The day of the wedding finally came and they were late showing up, they were scrambling around trying to get their gear all set up and ready, they didn't know where they were supposed to be or what they were supposed to be doing (even though I provided my timeline to them) My husband was yelled at by the lady because he failed to come get her while he was getting ready for HIS wedding. And finally I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to get my video back. It took them over two months to give me the entire video and the last 6 mins of my video is just a black screen. I am not very pleased with how everything went and not too happy with my video either. Very over priced to what I got.
