y questions, and give the best recommendations for alterations, fitting, etc. When I picked out my dress and picked it up, they were so helpful. The dresses are incredible quality! An added plus is that they are private appointments, so it is only you and your people in the whole store! My friends and I felt so welcomed and had the most special time picking out my dress! I would chose First Look over and over again!
First Look Bridal is such a hidden gem in the middle of Plano! Wedding dress shopping was so much more stressful than I thought it would be. I initially went to a couple of other b...
ridal shops and left much more overwhelmed than I anticipated. Someone we knew recommended checking out First Look Bridal, so we made an appointment the next week. From there it was so smooth! Jossa and her mom who helps run the shop were so kind and accommodating. They have a great selection of dresses and a large variety even though it is a smaller shop. I ended up getting both my dress and veil there. Communication was great for when my dress arrived, scheduling a fitting, etc. They even provide a complimentary steaming of the dress if you bring it back in closer to wedding day. We were so pleased with our experience here and highly recommend!
10/10 experience!!!!! Seriously, First Look Bridal is AMAZING!!!! The owners are a mother/daughter duo, and as soon as you walk in, you'll feel like royalty! They're totally devote...
d to you and your group, giving you champagne and hyping you up with every dress! You're allowed to walk around the room and pull out dresses you want to try and they will also pull dresses they think you will like according to the description you give them. They are FANTASTIC to work with, and honestly, some of the most kind, humble, and amazing women!! Would highly recommend everyone come and look at dresses here. It's an unforgettable and magical experience.
I had such a great experience at First Look Bridal and with Jossa. Jossa was very helpful in finding me my wedding dress. She listen to my likes and ideas I was looking for in a ...
dress and helped me find the perfect one. She was quick to respond to emails and kept me updated on the progress of my dress. Being a smaller Bridal Boutique I was the only client there trying on dresses, which I really enjoyed and appreciated. It was a much more relaxed and calm experience compared to David's Bridal.
What a magical experience! I cannot recommend First Look Bridal enough! There were plenty of amazing dresses to choose from and at a very fair price. I described my dream dress to ...
Jo and she knew the exact dress to pull for me. SPOILER that was the first dress I tried on and it was the one I purchased. Something about a mother daughter team made the whole experience even better. Not only were their dresses beautiful but their personalities made our time there unforgettable. Run, don’t walk to First Look Bridal!

a fabric (so we could add sleeves) and said it was on the house! She had plenty of dresses in my size (usually women's 12ish) which was not the case for another place I visited. I felt confident and beautiful throughout the entire process. She has continued to be in close communication with our seamstress and delivered the extra fabric over to them ahead of schedule as soon as she received it from the designer! She made the experience so fun and enjoyable, customized to me, and has continued to take such good care of me as a bride. Thanks, Jossa!

assionate about her job, and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. She made my family and I feel so welcome. She took the time to help me find the perfect gown. She welcomed us with champagne and kept the appointment personal and private. Only one appointment at a time allowed Jo to give all of her time and attention to me. Shopping for a wedding dress is a once in a lifetime experience. It should be intimate and magical. Jo created that experience for me (and my family). I HIGHLY recommend First Look Bridal! We love you, Jo!
Jossa was amazing! She made finding my dress a magical experience! She helped with showing the details of the dress to my bridesmaids on video chat! I loved my experience with this...
