An added plus is that they are private appointments, so it is only you and your people in the whole store! My friends and I felt so welcomed and had the most special time picking out my dress! ridal shops and left much more overwhelmed than I anticipated. Someone we knew recommended checking out First Look Bridal, so we made an appointment the next week. From there it was so smooth! Jossa and her mom who helps run the shop were so kind and accommodating. They have a great selection of dresses and a large variety even though it is a smaller shop. I ended up getting both my dress and veil there. Communication was great for when my dress arrived, scheduling a fitting, etc. They even provide a complimentary steaming of the dress if you bring it back in closer to wedding day. We were so pleased with our experience here and highly recommend!

I felt confident and beautiful throughout the entire process. She has continued to be in close communication with our seamstress and delivered the extra fabric over to them ahead of schedule as soon as she received it from the designer! She welcomed us with champagne and kept the appointment personal and private. Only one appointment at a time allowed Jo to give all of her time and attention to me.
