Their mission is to account for every detail of your celebratory feast so that you can focus on making memories with your loved ones.
This caterer can accommodate a wide range of serving styles, such as buffets, food stations, family-style meals, and plated dinners. With everything from salads and soups to entrees and desserts, they can deliver a well-rounded dining experience. You and your guests can enjoy dishes such as espresso-braised short rib, wild rice chicken, and eggplant Wellington. If you so desire, First We Eat Catering & Confections can also create a custom wedding cake.

my husband to eat. Even with our gluten free restriction, we had a ton of options. We decided to make everything gluten free and all the food was spectacular. They also made specific meals for our vegan/lactose free family (not an easy combo to manage on top of being gluten free!) and they took care of everyone beautifully. We asked for one of the dishes to have the pork substituted with chicken and they did it no problem, and it was spectacular! One of the servers also was so kind as to bring out some of the hors d'oeuvres to us while we were taking photos so that we didn't go hungry and got to try their spectacular stuffed mushrooms. We also got a gluten free sheet cake from them which was delicious!
At every step from tasting to the day of, they were responsive, thoughtful, and had the highest quality most delicious food and wonderful staff. We could not possibly be more thrilled with them. Additionally, they were very affordable and actually well under our food budget. We could not recommend them more!
P.S. The vegetable lasagna is mind-blowing

ews. The catering manager, Megan, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so friendly, responsive, and helpful with her knowledge and experience in her business. Between her and the Owner/Chef, Mathew, every detail was discussed, confirmed, and improved by their suggestions. Mathew prepared our tasting, and we were blown away by the flavor and presentation of each dish. On the day of our wedding, they both (with their staff) executed service perfectly. They were very professional in their appearances, attitudes, and work. The food all around was outstanding, and we received so many compliments about each course, as well as how polite, courteous, and attentive the servers were throughout the night. When it was over, they left the kitchen spotless and congratulated us again on their way out. I truly believe catering can make or break weddings, and with First We Eat, they went above and beyond any expectations we had and absolutely NAILED IT. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

(We we’re missing our honey butter for our cornbread, but that’s a super minor detail.) They made sure to serve my wife and I so we could be sure to eat, and we’re super sweet. If you get the salsa, it’s delicious, but it’s not local medium, so I would ask for extra spice if that’s what you’re looking for. I would absolutely hire this company again for future events!

fantastic and high end, prices were competitive! I don’t think we could have done better price wise with the amount of food and service we enjoyed. They brought everything into our home that they needed, including dishes and silverware, and cooked, set the tables, served, and cleaned up, leaving me with a spotless kitchen. The chefs and Megan are both professional and delightful to work with. Especially now, during this pandemic I was so happy to be able to have our our Bar Mitzvah party safely in our home. They wore their masks the entire time, always covering their noses, and both safety and cleanliness was 100% on point.
