Hello! I have been cooking and catering professionally since 2010. While I love to cook, I mostly enjoy creating great experiences. I enjoy making your special day perfect by creating a menu that every guest is guaranteed to love. I get to know couples to discover exactly what I can do to make their day a success. I have a very outgoing, fun, and exciting personality, and it is represented in our food. I detest boring food, and processed food is not allowed in our kitchens. The food I create with my team is visually stunning, tastes incredible, and is exciting to eat.

subtracted a star is because the chicken served was a little dry and we were surprised when they broke down the drink station (lemonade, tea, and water) after dinner service had concluded. This may be standard but we were caught off guard as we had intended our guests to be able to use these drinks throughout the entire reception. Luckily, we had a bartender who brought a water station but something to be aware of when planning your event. Otherwise, we informed the caterers that we would be cutting the cake around 10 minutes before we did so such that they could prepare the sheet cakes to serve to the guests but that preparation didn't happen and we ended up having an awkward moment where many guests were in line waiting as they brought cake out 5-10 slices at a time. These are minor things but definitely details to iron out when booking this caterer for your event. Overall, we were satisfied with the service day of and it was a great economical option for us.

t with them and got a quote, which was right within our price range. Brenda was enthusiastic and helped us make sure we had a menu we loved. However, if you have a big wedding (ours was at 180 guests) make sure they will have six servers and two buffet lines. Our coordinator and our DJ made this recommendation to us because the line can go slow, and no one wants their guests to hangry or get too drunk too fast. Sure, a nacho bar helps, but people want to eat after sitting through a ceremony, and waiting for family pictures to wrap up during cocktail hour. We did request this, and it was the one thing Fistful failed us on. Our Day of Coordinator ended up on the serving line to get our guests fed and keep the meticulous schedule we had made.
