I constantly had thoughts about how the day would actually go (because I’ve never planned a wedding lol), but Bryn made it seem less and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better DOC. She really listened to us, and took on all the hard parts like dealing with other vendors (even when they were difficult to handle), setting timelines and handling the day-of so seamlessly we were able to just enjoy ourselves and never think about all the moving pieces. On the day-of, she was flexible enough to get there a couple hours earlier than originally planned to help us with a ceremony walk-through, helped my husband with his bow-tie (another skill she now has!), and was everywhere making sure all the small details were taken care of. Everything from going above and beyond in setting up meetings beforehand weeks in advance, to meeting up with our decorator to better understand the layout we've chosen, to following up and coordinating with vendors, to setting up the favors table and last minute details of the hall, to buying extra items that were needed, to coordinating the sparkler exit, to setting up the after party, and much more! If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again because choosing her was easily the best decision we've made, and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Fitsum is a top-notch planner and we are incredibly lucky to have had her help. She's always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control and helped to alleviate any additional stress. Fitsum is like a design genius! It's like she was reading our minds. I loved everything she came up with, She respected our inputs and added her special designer eye to our ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... Even now we keep having guests commenting on how this wedding was one of the best ones they've ever attended The best part was that she brought in extra help when she's realized the amount of work to be needed. That sort of attention to detail has resonated within us, and we could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about, and seeing how she turned our vision into a reality to make our reception into pure perfection. Fitsum was super friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what we were envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect. She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something.
