We are so lucky to have found Fitzgerald’s Florist for our wedding. Maggie saw my vision and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. It being a winter wedding I was a little concerned about my choices of flowers but we were able to make it work all the while staying within our budget. Guests complemented us all night over the gorgeous centerpieces, boutineers, corasages and bouquets that they had created. The flowers were beautiful and our bouquets lasted in water for days after the wedding. Thank you Fitzgerald Florists! We loved it all!

ALL the flowers were lovely especially my bouquet and that of my matron of honor. And they lasted well after the wedding as well. Would I use them again? Absolutely no question about it!

Fitzgerald's Florist did a fantastic job for our wedding. I was a pretty picky and particular bride and they delivered on EVERYTHING. I wanted a specific flower that was only imported, and they were able to get it and incorporate them in the exact way I envisioned. Our flowers were gorgeous and fresh- they lasted two weeks after the wedding! They were accommodating, professional, and Maggie has such a creative and sophisticated eye! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Fitzgerald’s and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the area!

We are SO So glad we chose Fitgeralds! Originally I was planning on using a mail order service like Bouqs or Farmgirl Flowers, but a friend recommended we consider Fitzgerald's first, and I'm thrilled we did. I much prefer to support a local business with great service, and if you feel the same, this is your place. We worked very closely with David to choose the perfect flowers that worked well within our budget. He suggested some beautiful options that would fill our vases with less stems, and gave lots of other really helpful tips along the way. In the end, we were surprised at what we could actually afford, and had a premium assortment of anemones, ranunculus, lisianthus, freesia, polo roses, stock, and lots of greenery like seeded eucalyptus and Italian ruscus. We chose white anemones as our feature flower, and the week of the wedding, some of our anemones got stuck in customs! David was amazing, explaining exactly what happened (this is a more common issue than one might think) and providing excellent alternatives (we subbed in double the amount of some gorgeous white peonies) at no charge. The day after the wedding we donated our flowers to the patients at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale, so they were able to be enjoyed well after our reception ended. In the end, our flowers could not have been more beautiful and I could not be more grateful for the service and care provided by this awesome florist.
