Five Diamonds Limousine

I have been using this limousine service for over 13 years now. Yesterday I had the worst experience with them and I can say they have lost a loyal customer. First to start off when the driver get there to pick me and my family up for my 12 yr old cousin funeral. The driver was trying to charge me 100$ over the price I was quoted. (Still ended up paying 50$ over the price).when the funeral was over we headed to the cemetery. While in the funeral line on the freeway our driver kept making sudden hard stops causing me and my family heads to jerk and out bodies to slide as we get to the cemetery the driver inform us that we don’t have time to stay because he had another job to do 1 hr after our time was up. I paid 700$ for 6 hrs we weren’t expecting to need more time but the funeral went a little bit longer than an average funeral. So I ask him ok we just need 20 mins at the cemetery and we can go and I was willing to pay for an additional hr. The driver called Ben and Ben called me informing me that we have to leave the cemetery because he had a weeding at 430 and my time was up at 330. Any profession business would not have booked jobs an hr apart just Incase something happend or we needed more time like we ended up needing. As I’m speaking with Ben he’s telling me that his driver will not be taking me and my family back to our pick up location and that we needed to find another ride home. And we still had 40 mins before I time was up. The driver was rude with one of my family members. He cursed at him and used words as if he wanted to fight. Saying “what do you want to do mother f***er. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had and I will no longer use them for my limo needs
