Cheryl blew us away. We weren't sure what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go and she gave us some options and we narrowed it down. We ended up going to St Lucia and she was helpful even when she was out of the office with any questions we had. If we had any issues with the hotel (which didn't really happen) she would fix it for us immediately! Highly recommended and we will be using her again in the future!

At first I was a little nervous about having our wedding in Rivera Nayarit, Mexico because I knew there would be limited control and communication with the wedding coordinator in Mexico. Cheryl exceeded our expectations and helped us plan a beautiful wedding! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the area but she also went to our resort and met with our coordinator to make sure all of our questions got answered and all of our details were confirmed. She referred us to companies to book excursions ahead of time and also set us up with a tourist driver for the day after the wedding so we could take more pictures off the resort. She was flexible and always on the ball when it came to anything we needed. We highly recommend her for any travel occasion, especially destination weddings! We look forward to working with her again in the future for all of our vacations!

Cheryl from 5 O'Clock Somewhere has provided my husband and I with exceptional service numerous times. She always knows the best vacation spots (she goes to these places herself first before she offers a recommendation and tries it out first). WOW! She also knows when it is a good time to visit a certain place, when not to go and always gives little tips or places to try while you are there. I have booked 4 trips through her and have never been let down including a large family vacation, intimate getaways and even our honeymoon. Cheryl will take care of all the hard work such as flights, reminders of when payment is due, boarding passes, etc. On one of our trips the hotel had no record of us booking an excursion (resort's fault). Cheryl texted me and told us to get a drink and go by the pool and she would take care of it. Again...WOW! She did get it all figured out and even got VIP passes for the entire trip home for their trouble! I would highly suggest 5 O'Clock Somewhere for any vacation. Thanks again Cheryl for all your hard work and I look forward to working with you in the future! :)

My husband and I travel frequently but when it came to planning our honeymoon we didn't want to take any chances. We have both known Cheryl for a number of years and we knew she would be the best person to plan our special trip. When we told her that we wanted an unforgettable romantic honeymoon on a tropical island she immediately told us Jade Mountain in St. Lucia was the way to go. From that point on she handled everything from flights to the room to a helicopter airport transfer. When we arrived the resort was AMAZING with breathtaking views and outstanding service. The rooms were called sanctuaries with their own private infinity edge pool and butler service. It was like being in paradise! Like I said before my husband and I travel often and we both agreed that this was the most beautiful and romantic place either of us has ever been. I have started to use Cheryl for all of my trips now. She takes the guesswork out of planning and makes sure that everything goes smoothly.

Cheryl from Five O' Clock Somewhere Travel and Cruise helped us book our December 2012 wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and there is no way we would have been able to plan our beautiful wedding without her help. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in (Mexico) and had great advise to share about desintation weddings. Throughout our planning process she was attentive, quick to respond to our questions as well as our guests. All of our guests were also impressed with her service when she booked their trips. We highly recommend using a travel agent if you are looking into a destination wedding and would not hesitate to use Cheryl again for future trips. Truly wonderful experience!

Where do I begin? From the time my husband and I contacted Cheryl to the time we got back from our honeymoon; she made us both feel so important and treated us as though we were her only clients. She sat down with us for a couple hours before we made a decision on where we wanted to go, going over all the positives and negatives about each destination. Before we left that appointment, she handed us a bunch of information on the few places we narrowed it down to and wrote out a list of prices for each. After my husband (at the time fiancé) and I got home, we were able to weigh the pros and cons of each in the comfort of our own home. We both had a lot of questions and she was so accessible by email or phone and got back to us almost instantly with an answer to any question we had along the way. After we decided on Jamaica and the Secrets Resort, she even went above and beyond to write an email to the hotel requesting extra special treatment - which we did receive. On the way home from the honeymoon, we ran into bad weather in Chicago and were unable to land, she made sure our transportation home was aware of this delay and followed up with us after. I would highly recommend Cheryl and Five O'Clock Travel & Cruise for ANY travel planning you are doing. She will make sure you are taken care of and have the most enjoyable experience possible. No matter what kind of trip we are planning, Cheryl is who we will be turning to!!!

We found Cheryl via a bridal show expo that I signed up for but did not attend. She sent me a very nice email following up! I saved her contact information because my fiance and I were not quite ready to book the honeymoon at that time. When we got closer to seriously looking at honeymoon desinations, we sat down with her and discussed budget and timing. She didn't try to push us into a more expensive honeymoon and made us feel very comfortable. She was VERY knowledgable about a lot of the areas we were interested in - between traveling there herself or sending clients there. We ended up choosing a destination in Mexico and used a service Cheryl offers that allows guests of the wedding to donate towards the wedding. One of our groomsmen and his girlfriend decided to gift us an excursion and they were also blow away at Cheryl's customer service! She hand delivered the gift certificate to their house in West Allis all the way from Walworth County. Our honeymoon was perfect, the hotel was awesome and we owe it all to Cheryl. I would have full confidence referring her and her recommendations to any of my family or friends. In fact, we were so pleased with her services that my family of 10 is considering booking our 2013 family vacation through her ( and we've never used a travel agent before!)
