Whether it is choreography for your first dance as a couple, that endearing moment a parent shares with their child, or even just a crash course on social dancing to enjoy during the reception and beyond. We will make all of your dreams come true here at Five Star Dance Studios, home of Indy's best wedding dance lessons! Our wedding dance programs are designed and customized to fit each and every one of your needs. We offer a complimentary consultation during your first lesson, as well as specialized wedding packages for any goal you have in mind! During your first lesson, our certified dance instructors will listen to your song or a selection of songs you are considering for your first dance. Don't worry if you aren't sure what song you want to dance to yet; our highly trained instructors are here to help you every step of the way! For 40 years, Five Star Dance Studios has provided quality instruction and is the largest adult dance studio in the Midwest. We have two convenient dance studio locations in or near Indianapolis: Fishers and Greenwood. Both are open on Weekdays 1pm to 10pm and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays (by appointment only).

My husband and I went here to learn our wedding dance. They taught us a few moves, and they choreographed the dance for us. We enjoyed learning the dance, and the choreographer worked with us. We got 7 classes, and I feel like we didn’t need that many classes.

They were amazing! It was fun and they even made it to where my fiancé even enjoyed it! They made us feel really comfortable and put together the choreography with the music we picked out. Great teachers and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Five Star Dance Studios in Fishers was amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Marissa and she was an absolute blast. My fiance' and I are horrible students who never had time to practice and didn't always do what we had been suggested to do. Marissa was so patient with us and really slowed down and spent extra time with us so we could get down the choreography. I would recommend anyone who is looking for dance lessons for their wedding or just a fun date night together to check this studio out! We absolutely loved everything!

When we decided we wanted to go to dance lessons for our wedding we were both very nervous. It was something I wanted to do and my husband was open to. At the time we started we wanted a dance for our reception at the wedding. The great thing about going here was that they taught you the dance moves more than just choreography, which turned out brilliant because we did not stick to our choreography as much but stuck to the dance. We had London teach us, and loved him. He was great. It was a ton of fun, and something we both look forward to continuing as a couple in the future. If you do not know, dance lessons are kind of expensive and that was not something we were aware about so that caught us off guard how much it was.

I wish dance lessons weren't so darn expensive otherwise we would probably have continued with more! We loved our instructor - he made the lessons very fun and used fun phrases to make the steps easier to remember. We definitely are glad we went to dance lessons! And it was a great way to make wedding planning more fun!

My dad and I had lessons at Five Star Dance Studio to prepare for our father daughter dance. We came in with our song "My Girl" and our instructor taught us the rumba and a few basic moves to throw in. We practiced it and got advice from the instructor to help us feel comfortable for the wedding day! Everyone at Five Star was so inviting and friendly, which made our time their a blast! I would recommend attending a group lesson or party to get a feel for the vibe at the studio... just be ready to have a great time! You'll love it!

My fiance surprised me with coming here for a free dance lesson and we ended up signing up for more dance classes. We weren't practicing for any particular dance and our instructor Amanda was wonderful introducing a variety of dance styles to us that we could then focus on some styles that we liked and she even customized a playlist for us so we could listen to music we liked while dancing! Excellent place to check out for friendly instructors and no pressure atmosphere and to just have some fun!

My husband and I have a marching band background but could not dance to save our lives! When it came time to think of what we wanted to do for our first dance we knew we wanted to do more than stand and sway. So we started taking lessons with Zack at the Five Star Dance Studio in Carmel. Not only was he personal and professional he also helped turn the two of us with two left feet into two people who rocked their first dance. We surprised and impressed so many people and had a total blast both taking the lessons but also dancing the day of. We had so much fun we will probably continue taking classes even though the wedding is over!

My fiance and I came here only a couple weeks before our wedding to prepare for our first dance. We came from another dance studio in the area where we felt more overwhelmed with each lesson rather than comfortable. Our wedding coordinator recommended Colton at Five Star Dance Studio and he has been absolutely wonderful working with us on such a short time frame! We feel so much more comfortable than we did at the previous dance studio. The staff is so friendly and Colton's teaching style is relaxed, fun, and easy to understand. We are so glad & relieved we tried this studio out. We would definitely recommend this studio!

We have been taking lessons for our first dance at our wedding. Jeff is our teacher and he is awesome! We love our dance and can't wait to show all our family and friends!

We came to Five Star Dance in preparation for our first dance. The instructors are very patient and kind. Each instructor that we have had the pleasure of working with have been very talented and do a good job of teaching at the adult level. The individual attention is fantastic and we love the dance our instructor has created for us. We have come to find something that we really enjoy doing together and plan to continue lessons once we nail our first dance!

My fiancé and I decided to take dance lessons so we are prepared for our big day. This is a wonderful studio with extremely talented and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed even if you are a beginner. We were placed with Brooke to prepare us for our first dance. She is very patient and easy to work with. Brooke has made every class a joy and the time always flew by. I would highly recommend checking out this dance studio. You will not regret it!-KG

We took a few dance lessons before our wedding. It was so fun to learn the basic steps to dancing. Jami was very helpful and nice about helping us.

Pearl Jam's "Unthought known" was our first dance. Listen to it and then continue reading. They created a very memorable dance for us. All the instructors are great. You can't go wrong with them as your teachers. Just write down that Katrina sent you and get some free or cheap lessons. Would do it again in a heart beat!
