They were amazing. From booking to last minute add on’s, they handled our job well. The bartenders and servers did a fantastic job and made our night so special.

We hired Five Star for our wedding on 9/1/2018 and had issues from the moment they arrived. They threatened to walk out in the middle of the wedding, complained about kegs (which I thought were pretty standard), and pulled me, the bride, into a back room and cried and yelled at me that I did everything they asked me not to (although I do not recall them ever asking me not to have kegs, and two other weddings I know they did had kegs and they had zero issues with this). My guest, wedding planner, in laws, and parents have also since complained that they were rude, unprofessional, and would roll their eyes and throw ice and garnishes into the cups when asked for drinks. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and when people ask how the wedding was I tell them how great everything was except the bartending service we used.
