Five Star Valet

We found out one week out from our wedding day that our venue had a neighbor hosting an outdoor EDM concert with 1,000 people in attendance. We had not been planning on having a valet for the wedding as street parking is typically ample, but with the large event next door we suddenly had concerns about parking availability and the safety and comfort of our guests to worry about. To make matters worse, this was on the 4th of July weekend, and finding any vendors so last minute is not an easy feat. We reached out to 10 valet companies, and 5-star was not only the first to respond and the only one who was able to work with us on such a short timeframe, but they were also exceedingly understanding of our situation and were extremely easy to work with. Michael responded with “We got you, don’t worry we’ll take care of it. Focus on your wedding and we’ll be there”. They really stepped up and helped us get through an extremely stressful moment so we could re-focus on prepping for our big day.
