Raul and his crew are one of a kind! He made our wedding day truly spectacular. His eye for detail and overall creativity is unparalleled, and he is one of the most easy going people you will ever meet! While other vendors seemed hesitant to work with us because we had a rather unorthodox venue, Raul hopped right in and was by far our favorite wedding professional of the day. We never felt awkward or out of place; let's face it, staring at a camera can be scary and unnerving sometimes. But, he always made everything seem natural and, most importantly, fun! Our pictures turned out phenomenal and the lasting impression of five19 will stay with us always. We cannot recommend Raul and his team enough!

Amazing is an underestimate. With only six weeks to plan our wedding because we are military, Raul helped make our day so incredibly special with his expertise, organization, and most importantly his beautiful photography even at such a short notice. Raul was fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone in the ATL area. He was professional, accommodating, easy to communicate with. He even made the sometime awkward experience of having your photo taken a fun and comfortable one. We had a very small wedding in Piedmont Park back in November. We are a military couple from out of town and had a very short engagement (3 weeks!). Raul was very accommodating to this short timeline, distance and on the day of was prepared, efficient, and very professional. This was much appreciated as not only was the day quite cold and blustery, but we had certain pictures we wanted taken, which he was sure to get. Afterwards, Raul kept us updated on when our photos were be completed (which didn't take long). He even sent a handwritten card with he CD of our photos which was a nice touch. Thank you again Raul!

I will recommend five19 to everyone I know who is getting married! Raul is very patient, laid back, and professional. He knew what he was doing, took out pictures in a timely manner, and did amazing work. We had guests who said Raul and five19 were very friendly and very professional and did exceptional work. I was running late the day of the wedding, but Raul remained calm and collected and reassured me all would be fine! Everyone we talked to was so impressed with five19, and my husband and I are beyond excited for the way our pictures turned out! If you are getting married and need a photographer, I highly encourage and recommend you to hire Raul and five19 for your photography! :)

Raul did our engagement photos which were awesome...which is why I did not hesitate to hire him for our wedding. I wish I had not...I was extremely disappointed with his customer service as well as photos. (1) We paid for up lighting for the reception. The up lighting was not captured in any of my reception photos! I emailed him regarding this and he stated his job was not to capture lighting but to capture faces. What?! What photographer uses equipment that completely drowns out the lighting and mood of your reception. If an IPhone can take clear pictures at a reception showing the up lighting, why couldn’t a professional photographer?! He then offered to Photoshop the photos stating he would be willing to do a few of them but reminded me I did not pay for this service. My reply was no thank you! Photoshop should not have been needed in the first place for something that should have been in the original photos! He stated that the flash he used for the photos was the reason the up lighting was not shown. Raul never spoke with me prior to the wedding that his equipment would result in my reception looking like a brightly lit room. What bride wants her reception photos to look like it took place at high noon in a brightly lit room if she specifically placed and paid for up lighting. Unfortunately, aside from photos taken by phone, there are no photos of how my reception actually looked. He never apologized or offered to refund any of my money. (2) Prior to the wedding, he asked for a list of photos we would like to have taken with various family members and the bridal party. I've never done this before so I sent a pretty long list of photos I wanted. I assumed as the photographer, he would have emailed me back with suggestions on how to shorten the list so we did not spend hours taking photos and miss out on valuable reception time. I was wrong. After it seemed like the photos were taking forever, I started to get stressed and intervened and started reducing and combining photos myself...it would have taken probably three hours at the rate he was taking photos. Also if you do use him, be aware that he refuses to work with wedding planners, which was annoying since I hired a wedding planner to deal with my vendors! He really dropped the ball and failed to provide the caliber of service I expected from a professional photographer.

Raul and his team did a great job at our wedding! The pictures looked great, and he made the process a lot of fun while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Raul is simply amazing!! He's got such a great eye and gave so much great input throughout the entire wedding. You can see his inspired vision just looking through his portfolio. His professionalism and patience were super helpful in getting a rowdy bunch of kids to cooperate. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

From the beginning, I met with Raul to go over a timeline of what photos would we want and how the day would go. What really gave us our layout for the rest of the ceremony & reception. Our bridal party, family & friends all enjoyed Studio519. I had so many compliments on how nice and friendly he was and taking photos with my guest. Through out the reception he made point to take pictures with my family & guest. Not only did it give us time to thank them for coming to celebrate our special day, but we have wonderful pictures of them. Raul was absolutely wonderful and we could not be happier to have had him to help us document one of the most important days of our lives! The photography is everything we could have hoped for, and as a bride, my standards were pretty high. He worked with our style and spent a lot of time helping me organize my thoughts into exactly what I wanted. He made us feel like our wedding was his priority - he even visited the venue ( 1+ hr drive away and about 2 miles up a gravel round into a mountain lodge) so he could prepare, figuring out where the sun was...good spots for bridal party group photo... he knows his stuff. Raul also has such a chill, down to earth personality that I desperately needed on a busy day! He made my husband and I, plus all our guests, feel comfortable being silly, beautiful, and romantic on camera. We are very happy with the entire experience and outcome.

We had a great experience! It rained on our wedding day and we had to change locations. I wanted some outside pictures and Raul made it work and our pictures were beautiful!

Like most brides, I was anxiously anticipating my wedding day and all of the details that come along with it. The one thing that I didn't have to worry about was our photographer. Raul from Studio519 Inc exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I was already impressed by his professionalism and demeanor based on our initial meeting, not to mention his photo samples were breathtaking. But on the actual wedding day he made everyone feel so comfortable that even the people in our circle that don't like taking pictures enjoyed doing so on that day. He was professional without being pushy and had great ideas without everything looking "posed". He knew how important it was to us to include my "bonus" children in the day and he did exactly that, making sure to get shots of them and their dad, with me and with all of us as a new family and he made it fun! Raul Cifuentes from Studio519 was the photographer for my best friends wedding (I was a bridesmaids) in ATL. It was a large wedding party and I was impressed at how he was able to get so many awesome pics of everyone involved! They turned out beautiful. When I started the search for a photographer for my own wedding in Philadelphia, I was elated to find out that Raul could travel to work here! Raul made everything VERY easy. I created a picture timeline about a week or 2 before the wedding--we chatted once on the phone about a game plan, and that was it. I had no worries heading in to the big day. The day of the wedding Raul and his assistant, Len were AMAZING. They were extremely professional and SO easy to work with, everything was very relaxed and low stress. They captured every key moment and took advantage of all the time we booked with them. AND our pictures were edited and returned to us SO FAST! I can't say enough amazing things about working with Raul--I highly recommend everyone work with him!

I cannot say enough good things about my photographer Raul. I had a very rough experience on my wedding day with the poor service of my site's coordinator as well as no one really knowing what to do. I'm a person that does not like having my picture taken and think that I look horrible in pictures. This is not a good quality to have when you're a bride. But working with Raul from Studio 519 I never got this feeling. He was so professional and encouraged everyone that taking pictures was fun, they all turned out beautifully and we got the pictures faster than I was expecting. The best part was that we were working with a tight budget and got pictures that look better than the expensive photographers I have seen. I'm still shocked that we got to work with someone so wonderful and got great pictures taken at such an affordable price. I'm recommending Studio 519 to all of my friends and family!

Not only were they professional, they were having fun, too! This made me more relaxed - and every bride needs to relax a little and enjoy the moment. Raul's pricing is very reasonable and the quality of his work is top notch. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future when/if I need a photographer for another event.

If you like fish eye photos and you like being snapped at on your wedding day, then by all means use this photographer. Granted, we do have some good pictures, I was highly disappointed in the quality of the photography, the lack of specific photo set ups that we requested, and the attitude I got when we were short on time and I wanted to get at least a couple of fun shots with my bridesmaids before the ceremony. Instead being told in the most sarcastic tone, "Oh, I'm just a photographer I can just shoot photos with no time to set up." So, we ended up not doing any, which I realize I should have insisted on instead of being bullied. At least the groom and his guys got some really cool shots. Most my my pre wedding shots are either me OR my bridesmaids getting ready in fish eye lens distortion. While the fish eye was used in a small fraction of the photos it made up the majority of my pre-ceremony photos (which I had expressly told him during our first meeting that I wasn't crazy about fish eye). There were also some really odd shots using it as well, which many of my guests questioned why a photographer would do that with wedding photos. :( Extremely disappointed and I dread going through the photos again to create my album because it just makes me cry when I think about what my photos could have been with a better photographer.

From the first meeting to getting my pictures Studio 519 was amazing and very professional. I was never nervous about my choice in photographers. The photographer was great to work with and I recently got my pictures and they turned out great. The best part is the cost was affordable and it made not difference on quality. The pictures look like they belong in a magazine! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my experience with Studio 519. I recommend them to anyone especially if you are like me and you want someone to give you all the details and stay in contact with you constantly.
