FivePine was an amazing location to have not only our wedding, but also our reception! The staff was very helpful throughout the process and made everything very seamless on the big day, and the location was gorgeous!

When looking for the perfect location for our wedding, my fiancé and I were hoping to find a lodge-like wedding venue that was cozy and intimate and that would allow our family and friends to stay on site. FivePine was the perfect venue and we couldn’t find anything similar anywhere else in Oregon or Washington. We live in Seattle and did most of our preparation communications by email. Abigail was extremely responsive and very helpful; no question was too big or small and she was so helpful in giving guidance when we requested her opinion. During our trips down to visit, Abigail worked to coordinate her availability around our travel to ensure we’d have time to meet, and spent time with both of our families answering questions and clarifying all of the little day-of details in advance. The day before our wedding we held our rehearsal dinner at FivePine, and the room was set up beautifully. We had approximately 18 dinner attendees, and Abigail made sure the room felt cozy and intimate; she even made sure my husband’s dad could use his Ipod to play a customized playlist throughout dinner. The rehearsal dinner food was wonderful and they worked with us to adjust the menu to ensure it fit the dietary needs of all of our family members. On the day of our wedding, Abigail and the FivePine staff played such a huge role in making the day run smoothly. The room and tables were set up exactly as discussed, and the food was phenomenal. My grandmother (a picky eater) noted afterwards that the tenderloin beef medallions were the best she’d ever had – her exact words were “I feel sorry for any vegetarian here who will never get to try this”. They made sure that my new husband and I had a drink in-hand and brought a bottle of chilled champagne to our table for us to toast with, the cake was cut and served so all guests could grab some before they headed to the dance floor, and our s’mores bar (which I was very excited about) was set up beautifully and was extremely delicious. Afterwards my new mother-in-law noted that whenever she was about to ask for something, FivePine staff was already walking up to ask her if there was anything she needed. Our guests had a wonderful time because of the delicious food, the wonderfully kind and heartfelt service of FivePine staff, and in large part due to Abigail’s assistance in walking us through our preparation for the day. We were so lucky to work with such helpful, thoughtful staff who did everything possible to make us feel so special on our wedding day. I honestly can’t say enough good things about FivePine… we can’t wait to come back for our anniversaries!

Easy to work with, very accommodating, beautiful cabins, very personalized, and they are genuinely sweeting and excited about your wedding. Quick responders via phone or email and I will vacation there anytime because of their hospitality!

We stayed for a week at FivePine Lodge in Sisters, Oregon and during that week had an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone was so easy to work with especially when I was planning everything from over 2,000 miles away and mostly by email. It couldn't have turned out any better!!
