Jessica and Nikki did a phenomenal job on my makeup and hair on my wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. As someone who struggles with confidence, I have never ...
been so sure of my beauty as I was on my wedding day. Alexis and Samera did a lot of my bridesmaids hair and makeup and I cannot say enough great things about them. We all felt and looked incredible. The girls were so sweet and fantastic to work with. None of us tend to wear much makeup and yet, we all felt more than comfortable with these ladies giving us a full face of makeup. I could go on and on, I loved this experience and will recommend them to anyone I can!
Absolutely in awe! Jessi, Mandy and Jessica did such an amazing job and were great to work with throughout the planning process.

I loved working with them and honestly felt so beautiful.

I want to start by saying that my bridal hair and makeup turned out beautifully, and I truly appreciated the work that went into getting me ready for my big day. However, my overal...
l experience with The Fix Beauty Co left a lot to be desired, and I feel it’s important to share for future brides and bridal parties.
The morning of the wedding felt rushed and disorganized. One of the hairstylists left midway through getting us ready, and unfortunately, no replacement was arranged. This left my sister-in-law—who is not a professional—to step in and curl everyone’s hair last-minute just to keep us on schedule. To make matters worse, neither of my sisters (including my matron of honor) were able to get their hair done at all, which was incredibly disappointing.
I was told a partial refund would be issued the week after the wedding, but after that initial promise, I had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with the company. It took over a month—and a negative review from my sister—before I finally received a small portion of the promised refund. The lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating and unprofessional.
While the talent is clearly there, the experience was overshadowed by poor planning, lack of accountability, and a disappointing level of customer service. I hope this feedback helps the team improve their coordination and communication for future clients.
Overall they did what they were hired to do and they did it well. My bridal consultation went great and i feel like my wants for my look was heard and understood perfectly. The day...
of was not a good of an interaction - we had two of the other girls doing hair/makeup come in on time to get started on my bridal party’s hair/makeup. I was scheduled to start at 12:30 with Jess and Nikki (both who I did my consultation with). 12:30 rolls around and they haven’t shown up. I asked on of the artists who was already there if there was an ETA. She said she didn’t know when, all she knew was they were finishing up another bridal look that morning. No calls or texts. They finally show up to get my hair and makeup done - I had pointed out on my call with Jess 3 days before the wedding that I needed to be done and leaving the hotel before 2pm so I could start with bridal party portraits. I didn’t finish up until almost an hour after 2, so I had to essentially toss out my block of time to get pictures I wanted with my bridal party which was a really upsetting start to an otherwise great day. Good makeup and hair styling, not goid at communicating or keeping to a timeline it seems. I understand hustling, especially when wedding season picks up, but it does feel rather disrespectful to not adhere to a time frame if you’re wanting to double up on your business in one day - it felt like I got the short end of the stick because I went 2nd.
Overall Fix Beauty did a great job with my wedding. They were able to accommodate everyone that needed hair and makeup, and everything came out great day-of. The only difficulty I ...
ran into with them is that two of my three artists were nearly an hour late to my venue and my bridal hair and makeup didn’t get done until almost an hour later than scheduled, so I had to cut out some bridal portraits and other photos to keep to our schedule. The artists mentioned having another wedding earlier that morning that ran behind; I understand that wedding season gets busy, but I really would have appreciated more communication and punctuality
The Fix Beauty team was everything I could have asked for and more! They did such a great job getting me and my best gals ready for the day. They helped create a vision and execute...

s job with my makeup on the big day. I was getting compliments all night long! I chose to get the airbrush makeup option and it looked amazing on my skin. I am not used to wearing makeup and so we talked about how I wanted to look like myself, but just an enhanced version? She nailed it. I felt so beautiful! Thank you Sherrie, I appreciated you so much!

My bridesmaids said they'd never felt more beautiful. We were on time and had a great timeline which made the logistics easy.
When my original hair stylist had unfortunate health issues (well in advance of our wedding day), the team acted quickly to set up a complimentary second hair trial with a new artist - who was amazing. The Fix Beauty team will make your wedding EXTRA special.
