Michael answered my initial inquiry so promptly, and took the time to carefully answer all of my questions before sending a contract over. When it became clear we'd have to postpone our June wedding due to covid-19, Michael worked with us to make sure our new date in August was available, with no added cost or stress. A few weeks before our date, we met with Michael to go over our day-of plans, timeline, and certain moments we wanted to make sure were captured. He asked questions to get to know us and our love story better. I have no doubt that his taking the time to do this enabled him to create such a beautiful final film for us! At this same meeting, my husband and I were able to record the letters we wrote to each other for the morning of the wedding, which he used in our film - and is one of my favorite parts. Our Nuptial Mass took place at an old chapel that experienced some equipment difficulties in the days prior to our wedding. Knowing this, Michael took the time to check out the chapel's equipment at our Rehearsal, making sure he was fully prepared to capture the audio for our film. Our wedding day ran so smoothly - I barely even noticed the video cameras, but somehow every angle and moment were captured. Michael and his colleague Marty worked seamlessly with each of our other vendors to make our day as stress-free as possible. We received our 1-minute "trailer" exactly a week after our wedding, which was so fun to watch while still on our honeymoon. Our final Highlight Film was well-worth the wait. Michael delivered a video that feels so perfectly "us" - and truly brings back the emotions and excitement we felt that day. I specifically remembering telling Michael that while we understood we were getting married during uncertain times (you know, a global pandemic and all), we didn't want to look back at our wedding and our video to see covid front and center. We only wanted to see the joy, the laughter, and fun we had - and Michael delivered just that. He is a TRUE professional, and just a really great guy! I would hire Flack Productions again in a heartbeat.

r new wedding details, Michael was flexible to our last minute changes without making us feel like a burden. The day of the wedding, he was early and had a very calming and professional energy. He was so easy to work with and he got amazing footage without the process feeling obtrusive in any way. When we received the highlight reel and full feature video it was breathtaking and embodied who we are (or at least what we hope we are!). The end product feels like a professionally edited movie! When we were shopping around, we saw other potential videographer options, but could noticeably see and tell a difference in the quality, sound leveling, and editing, which is why we selected him (- and we are happy that we did!). We can’t say enough good things about Michael’s work professionally as well as his pleasant disposition…To top everything off, there was a wonderful “unboxing” surprise. No complaints at all. One thing I’d do over (and over) again, is invest in a great videographer who is going to add to the special day and make the memories even more memorable. Thank you so much Michael!

nd.  Though we had never worked together before, Michael reached out to me in advance so that both of us could collaborate to develop a game plan for how to deliver the best service possible for the couple as we encountered a bit of a challenge - the chapel organ was broken!  We found out about the state of the organ relatively late, and Michael was responsive, proactive, resourceful, helpful, friendly, and great to interact with as we problem-solved together to gather the necessary equipment to make it all work.  I would welcome the opportunity to work with Michael at a future event, and you should too!  I am certain that under more 'normal' circumstances the experience would be even better!

rch. Since we were a same-sex wedding, it was his LGBT friendly site that initially drew us in. From there, his pristine work portfolio sealed the deal for us. His process was easy -- a simple phone call to get some ideas of how our wedding day was going to go down, what shots were important to us -- and that was pretty much it! He showed up on that day, with a smile, ready to go. He is completely professional and nearly silent the whole time! He was really like a wedding ninja -- you knew he was there, but you never really saw him. But, we know he was there because he captured EVERYTHING we wanted without ever getting in anyone's way. He's just that good. When we saw our highlight video, my wife and I both shed a few tears (multiple times) because of how beautifully he grasped the feeling of that day through his work. He gets it all, from multiple angles, and makes you feel like a movie star. He is excellent at what he does. The video quality is unreal, and his prices are so reasonable. He'll even work with you to try to get you everything you want for what you can afford. His audio is also crisp and clear, which was important to us. Turnaround for getting the video was a little long (maybe because we were so anxious to see it!), but it was certainly worth the wait. Michael is a genuine person with a true talent.
