ive wood beams, fireplace, and windows. There’s a porch that wraps around the whole backside of the clubhouse and there’s also pavilion. We used those areas for yard games like corn hole during the cocktail hour and reception. The dining room is super spacious with vaulted ceilings. We were initially going to have 150 people, but due to COVID we dropped it down to 50, which actually seemed like the perfect amount to me for the space. We weren’t all crammed in. The ceremony is down on the driving range, but if needed to we would have moved everything under the pavilion in inclement weather. There is no shade down at the ceremony site, but even on an 80+ degree day at 4:30, it wasn’t unbearable. Working with the Flag Ranch event staff was super easy. They are very laid back. They were basically open to doing whatever we wanted; they’re very accommodating. They have their own chef, so you do have to use their catering, but the food was phenomenal! We were nervous about having to sign for the venue without having tasted the food, so they let us come in for dinner one night, even though it’s normally open only to their members. Everyone in the community was very welcoming and understanding. They were patient when we were out on the golf course for photos and everyone wished us the best. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Flagstaff wedding to check Flag Ranch out!

with more information. We didn't hear from him for weeks, and after following up a few times, we finally received a proposal. However, the proposal we received wasn't complete - we found errors throughout it. We were really excited about this venue, so we overlooked these issues and decided to move forward.
Jason confirmed a few details and shared that he would communicate when dates would become available for booking. Sadly, months went by and we didn’t hear anything. We reached out again and shared a few dates we were hoping for. I tried emailing and setting up a few calls, and when he finally responded, he shared that the original dates we had discussed with him were no longer available. At this point, we were fairly frustrated and disappointed. However, we still loved the space and were hoping to get married here, so we picked a date and awaited more information.
To our disappointment, Jason didn’t follow up and communicate next steps. When we reached out to share our frustration, the last email response was even more disappointing - there was a lack of an apology and his main point was asking when we could send our check - which, because of his lack of communication, we didn’t know when it was due. Given our experience at that point, it broke our hearts, but we decided to let this place go. We didn’t respond that last email, and he never followed up.

The venue was clean and setup before the agreed upon time, guests had no trouble finding the clubhouse, and the staff made the transitions throughout the night very easy. was awesome. We were very happy with the dance floor space. Yvonne was our contact person at this venue and she was very helpful. She gave us helpful tips that would help our money go further, which we were grateful for on a tighter budget. We were very happy we picked this venue for our reception. It would be perfect for a wedding ceremony as well. One piece of advice: book your wedding in the off season because it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper during that time.

a buffet dinner and it was very, very good. The Food & Beverage Manager, Doug, absolutely made the experience for us. Although he is very busy, he always took time to answer questions or help in any way. I really cannot express how much I loved having my wedding and reception there!!
