Marcelius was very polite and professional through email during all of the planning , the week of the wedding he did send me over a picture of a completely different back drop than I requested and I told him I did not want it and he assured me that we would have the all black backdrop I had requested months prior. I did inform him that it would need to be a solid backdrop being that our photo booth area was not going to be right up against a wall. I was also informed prior to the day of that his team will come set up, walk our planner through how to work the photobooth and then they would leave and return after the wedding was over to clean up.
They showed up unprepared , they had a sheet with two flimsy stands to hold it up (the sheet was too heavy and fell down after almost every photo all night) the guys who set it up walked in threw it together and went straight to our buffet to eat, they did not ask just proceeded to get in line with our guests and get food. The photo stand itself was way too close to our faces and could not get a good photo and when I asked if they could move it back they said the cord they brought with them was not long enough. The two men then stayed for the rest of the night eating and drinking.
I felt that it was completely unprofessional , they showed up in just basic street closes not suites or anything (which I would not have a problem with had they come set up and left like I was told they would) and the photo back drop really was awful, in all of our photos it was falling down. I booked this vendor 10 months before our wedding and I just feel like all of this was very avoidable.

The photo booth was excellent for our wedding. Marcelius was extremely professional and great to work with. We got photos from the booth the next day. He also was very accomodating for us making a last minute decision to have a photo booth at the wedding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a photo booth in the Pittsburgh region.

Flash That Photo Booth did a wonderful job at my wedding. The owner was very professional and efficient with set up and take down. All my friends had so much fun taking pictures and I love the fact that we have these memories captured forever. Even though we had a professional photographer at our event, the photo booth was still a great addition! Thank you Flash That! Recommending to all my friends! :)
