She has the most relaxing studio and makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. She is extremely skilled in hair and makeup and is very flexible to make changes to meet my preferences. She is the most affordable makeup/hair artist I found in Honolulu and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

wing my Pinterest Hair Inspiration Board so she had an idea of the look I was going for. She was very quick, listened to what I wanted changed and created an awesome up-do for me. The day of the wedding she had 2 other ladies helping out and the 3 of them finished 9 hairstyles in record time. Everyone's hair looked amazing! I loved the way my hair turned out for my wedding and it stayed put throughout the whole night even in the humidity and a hurricane!

ntly for almost four hours at a hair and makeup trial where I tried different styles of hair and makeup for the wedding until I got the exact look I wanted. She was really awesome. On the day of the wedding I had myself, 7 bridesmaids, my mom, my mother-in-law, a Jr. Bridesmaid and a flowergirl who needed hair and makeup. Flaunt was able to assemble an amazing team that had everyone's hair and makeup done ahead of schedule. All the ladies looked so pretty!! Nica was so sweet she was even willing to accomodate my dog who was a little nervous with all the new people around and insisted on sitting on my lap while my hair and makeup was completed. He was not easy to work around I'm sure, but Nica never complained and let him do his thing. I thought my hair and makeup were amazing. I had so many compliments and I felt so beautiful on the wedding day. I would recommend Flaunt if you are looking for hair and makeup stylist for your wedding.

I liked it. She was friendly and was great. I was really comfortable with her. My makeup was flawless and lasted through the entire wedding. After I got to our hotel, I was so amazed to see that the make up was still on considering I was sweating and dancing. She doesn't pile it on thick, and I still look flawless which was great!

We encountered some strong breezes on the wedding day but everything stayed in place. Flaunt is more on the expensive side but I feel her work, and more importantly, her calming effect is worth it.

or ceremony. After two trials for my hair, I was nervous about how my hair would turn out the day of because it fell fairly quickly after the trials. Nica was very professional and responsive to my feedback! I loved both my hair and make-up on my wedding day. Nica was easily reachable via email and was in frequent contact to update our contracts, etc. I also appreciated her flexibility to schedule a second trial within a week of the wedding. They promptly arrived at our hotel room and were done on time. Team Flaunt is highly recommended!

the best. i didn't bring any pictures of hair/make with me to the trial, just told her i wanted a smoky eye and described the general hairstyle i was looking for. she nailed it on the dot, both looked fabulous! my bridesmaids looked gorgeous as well. wasn't disappointed!

looked just beautiful. They use airbrushing foundation, I don't know what line of product they used for everything else, only that the mascara was something like maybeline. ha! (i only use mac products) However, Everything stayed put and looked fabulous. I didn't care for the more fashion-forward hair styles they did on my sisters (per their request- although they loved it), but they did exactly what I wanted for my hair. I highly recommend them if you want to spend the money.

FLAUNT was definitely the right one. There is a charge for trials, so be prepared to pay and don't forget to tip your stylist. Bring pictures or cut-outs from magazines, or even images from the computer. Make sure you allow some time for the styling and don't be shy to ask questions. Flaunt's airbrush technique gave me a smooth and natural look. Christine truly is talented. She knows what style will look good on the shape of your face. The makeup lasted all day long and even came with a touch up kit. Everyone in the bridal party enjoyed Flaunt's company. They're punctual and fast. They even had time to do some extra peopld and took payment that day by cash or check. My husband and I highly recommend FLAUNT. Christine Gardner and her crew definitely made us look absolutely gorgeous and it lasted all day long!

it as well. Flaunt even accommodated an extra person on the day of and got them all done in time for our pictures before the wedding. However, as it got closer to the date, I found it really hard to get in touch with them. I would send a few emails with no response, and then finally get a very short one in return. My coordinator had to continuously call them (36 hours out) until we got a response. It was probably due to the high volume of weddings during the summer, but it would have been nice to received answers on a more consistent basis. Overall, though, they do great work.
