s wear a lot of makeup at all so we were a bit nervous but we should not have been! We all looked so gorgeous. Debra was very accommodating when we had a scheduling issue, and was extremely clean and professional! My makeup looked great even through a ton of rain and humidity and lasted all night!

ob on my makeup! I started looking for a makeup artist very last minute and she was super flexible and willing to work with me to set up an appointment early the morning of my wedding. My only (minor) issue was with her personal "rule" to not let you peek at yourself in the mirror until she's finished. Having never had false eyelashes before, I was hesitant to try them. It wasn't until they were all applied that I could check the mirror and realize I didn't want them after all. I felt bad for the time we used up putting them on me. Debra was gracious and we got them off quickly, but that instance might have been a good exception to her usual rule. However, this is a small hangup compared to an overall fantastic job Debra did, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to other brides.

owever, Debra was very understanding of all of the changes and was very flexible where she was able to be. On the day of my wedding her and the team were on time, extremely efficient, fun and did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job! Debra goes above and beyond with many small touches in her process that make working with her that much better. She is professional, quick to respond, flexible and extremely good at what she does. Based on my bridal trial service, I made some minor adjustments to my hair and makeup the day of my wedding and I was thrilled with my wedding day look. I felt beautiful and natural, which was important to me since I'm not someone who wears a lot of makeup on a normal basis. It was a breezy, but hot, summer evening and everything stayed perfectly in place. Thank you Debra for making this middle aged Mom feel like a million dollars:) Everyone wants to feel their most beautiful and confident on their wedding day and I most certainly did.

t how they were handling couples that had to postpone due to COVID and if we would lose money (deposits) if we rescheduled. All of our vendors said that no problem and that they would transfer the deposits. Once I finalized a new date and told Debra, she hit me with an invoice for a surprise “rebooking fee” of $250 PLUS A service fee. After 2 weeks, she sent me an email and said that if I didn’t pay the additional monies by the end of the day that she would “assume” that I no longer needed services. I am not sure why she would assume something like that since she already has $650 of mine. Now, she won’t even respond to my emails. Don’t give her your money and beware her selling tactic is “there is another bride asking about your date so you should go ahead and book now.” Shameful that someone would use a pandemic to take advantage of people.

uld not get over how incredible their makeup looked. She made my mother and grandmother feel like queens. Debra made sure that I looked and felt like a movie star. Not only is her work impeccable but she is so much fun to work with. Debra has such a calming way about her, even when you’re feeling all of those bridal nerves, she knows exactly how to put your mind at ease. I live in Chicago and I will be booking Debra for any important event from here on out. She is worth every penny!

She coordinated with my out of state schedule and even squeezed me in for a second makeup trial.  On the day of our wedding, everyone looked STUNNING. My makeup was such a dream but still felt very natural and stayed on perfectly all day/night (even though lots of tears and 10 hours).  I plan on working with her for all my future events.. she is simply remarkable.

matter how flexible I tried to be (I live out of state and could only make about one weekend trip a month to Grand Rapids, MI). Anyway, from the initial contact, Debra was able to immediately squeeze me in for a hair and makeup trial and everything from there just went so smoothly. The trials were fun and really allowed me to visualize what I wanted. Debra and her expert team definitely helped me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful and relaxed on the big day and I would highly recommend her!

She was extremely organized through out the entire wedding planning process, asking for different types of make up looks and pictures of myself, and came prepared to replicate what I was looking for. I do not typically wear a lot of make up, so I was nervous that on my wedding day I would not feel like myself. Debra truly took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and made me feel like an absolute princess. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be extremely confident in their makeup look on their wedding day!

d felt very washed out, but I didn't feel that way at all with Debra. My only disappointment was my hair, but it was more my fault than her stylist's, so I didn't remove any stars. I should have had a clip attached to my "veil" or something to secure it more because it was too heavy to sit properly how I wanted it. Also, because it was heavy, it flattened my curls which I felt kind of ruined my photos, so watch what hairstyle you choose based off what veil you choose! Anyway Debra was great, they were very efficient and got 6 women's hair and makeup done in 2 hours or so!

ER love everything :)! On the wedding day Debra and her team made myself and my bridal party very comfortable and made everyone look perfect!!!!! I cannot express to you enough how well Debra and her team do makeup. First, they use the BEST products (Tarte, NARS, Urban Decay, mac etc.) and the airbrush is clutch! When I got my trial done my makeup lasted till the following day- I used it for my engagement photos and my bridal shower the next day. Debra makes sure everything is perfect and my makeup lasted the whole day and didn’t smear once. I couldn’t be happier with the service!!!

schedule to fit my sister in for a trial. After an awesome trial we were all able to get excited about the big day. Nothing could have prepared us for the amazing outcome. Debra has magic hands, she looked at us and knew exactly what look would bring out our own natural beauty, which I appreciated so much because I hate wearing makeup. The one thing we were all completely shocked by was that we had our makeup done and set with her setting spray at 11am and at midnight that night we were all huddled together talking about how amazing our makeup STILL looked so many hours later.
