What an amazing experience working with Merlyn and her crew and my wife and I are forever grateful for her helping to bring our vision to a reality! We got the "month of package" but with Merlyn she offers more for that package than any other vendor I spoke with. Multiple walk throughs at the venue prior to the month of and frequent emails and communication. I did a lot of research before picking my planner. I had secured a lot of the vendors but she came through with her contacts for all of our flowers and decor. Her vendors did an extraordinary job. We gave her a picture of what we wanted the ballroom to look like and that's exactly what it looked like from her vendors she arranged. She put together the day of details and ran the show to perfection. She was invaluable helping us put everything together. I broke the glass as part of my ceremony in Jewish tradition and the officiant who ran our ceremony, who was my good friend, took the glass out of the bag. So shattered glass was on the floor. When I woke up the next day in my hotel room the glass was swept up and in a plastic container for me to keep. She doesn't miss details. I was so relaxed the whole weekend because I trusted her. You should trust her too with no hesitations and enjoy a relaxed best day of your life!

Merlyn was amazing! Towards the end of my planning I had absolutely no stress about my Decor or anything to do with the venue. She handled everything and took my stress away! So happy that she was recommended to me

Merlyn was referred to me by a colleague. I quickly learned that she was super detailed and very organized. Her creativity is what drew me in. I knew that I would not have to search any further for a wedding planner. She listened to my every wish and made sure it exceeded my expectations. She handled every detail, everything from my dreamy ring altar, to my welcome sign, to helping me with my wedding favor tags, to making sure I had succulents in my bouquet (she knows I love succulents). My husband and I were beyond ecstatic to have her partake in our special day. My day was perfect! I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is super sweet, and her team is phenomenal!

Merlyn was recommended to us by our wedding photographer. He told us she was one of the best detailed planner he's ever worked with and was very budget conscious. When I met with her for the first time we hit it off she was very easy to talk to and immediately understood my vision. She was always there any time I had a concern or needed help figuring something out. She even dealt with the venue on my behalf when I was having difficulty with them. And on the day of she was a life saver. We had a few situations that she diffused and handled on my day so I could just enjoy without being stressed. I was so happy I listened to my photographer because she was my favorite and I look forward to hiring her for my other events.

Merlyn was a true God-send. She made sure a 250 person Catholic wedding followed by an 8 hour reception (including open bar & THREE meals) went off without a hitch. She was there every single step of the way making sure that everyone involved was informed and on the same page. Her recommendations were spot on and she was always checking in to make sure the day and details were what my husband and I really wanted. Looking back, amid all the beautiful details and seamless execution, I honestly couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Merlyn. Thank you for everything! 💙

When my daughter and I started working with Merlyn to plan my daughter's wedding, Merlyn had some very large shoes to fill, and boy did she deliver!! She was wonderful! Shortly after my daughter's engagement, a lifelong close friend that was also the wedding planner for our entire family, passed away very unexpectedly. After having helped me plan my own wedding and my two other daughters' weddings, I had no idea how we were ever going to plan this wedding without him. But then we found Merlyn, and the wedding went off without a hitch! She is soft spoken, but an absolute powerhouse! Merlyn was a true professional! We couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Merlyn assisted my wife with every detail of our wedding. Her creativity, professionalism and sweet personality made our experience perfect. She assisted us with every part of our wedding and we also hired her for her beautiful Glitter Champagne Wedding Favors, Centerpieces and Wedding programs. I married my high school sweetheart almost 15 years later (after our civil ceremony) with the help of Merlyn from Flawless Events. She was highly recommended from another wedding planner that was already booked for my day. I did not hesitate to hire her because I figured if another planner could recommend her, she must be good. I truly did not regret. Throughout the planning process, she was always patient with me. And when we were getting closer to my wedding, my fiancé and I had a financial crisis. Merlyn helped me re-adjust things and gave me great alternative ideas to help me work with a budget we could still afford while still keeping the design vision I had. On the day of she and her team really made my jaw drop. The setup was exactly what I described to her during our planning sessions. At the end of the night I did not have to worry about leaving anything behind, she collected everything and held them for me until I returned from my honeymoon. I highly recommend Merlyn and her Flawless Events team!

I was a mature bride getting married when I hired Merlyn. From the very first phone call, I knew she would be the one I work with for my wedding. This was all new to me as I got married later in life so I never needed a wedding planner. I went on Google to search for one and called so many planners. However, the moment I heard her calming voice I knew she had to be the one. I was so frustrated by the many calls by the time I reached her I was not sure if I still wanted a planner. All I wanted was a simple ceremony and a memorable dinner. The other planners talked to me about big budgets and what not. She listened to me and ensured me that she would help me with my vision at a reasonable fee. I learned quickly planning a wedding can get really expensive. No matter how many times I called and met with her when I was frustrated she was always so calm and had a solution, which helped bring my anxiety down. I was big on DIY and she helped me figure out things and even picked up everything from my house the week of the wedding so I would not have to worry. Our guests were mostly from out of town and they were so impressed with the organization and set up on the day of. It truly was the best day of my life and could not have happened without Merlyn and Courtney from Flawless Events.

Merlyn was amazing from beginning to end. I think I had maybe 3 months until my wedding, and I was in need of a wedding planner. A close friend of mines referred me to Merlyn and spoke very highly of her work. And I have to agree, Merlyn and her team was so professional and patient. I have a very hectic work schedule and she made this planning process stress free and help me in ways that was unexpected.

Merlyn and Sherline were amazing! I had the month of wedding planning package to help with last minute details and most importantly guidance on the BIG day. I am very organized, and what I loved MOST was the wedding day timeline Merlyn created for our wedding day, which showed minute by minute, who was doing what, and where. It was AMAZING!!! and something I was able to share with all my other vendors to keep everyone on the same page the day of. The morning of the wedding they arrived to our hotel early and helped with the chaos of getting everyone ready in the bridal room,. Most importantly they kept a bunch of Cubans who always run late, ON SCHEDULE. I am so so so glad I had help during crunch time leading up to the big day and most importantly the day of. Merlyn is extremely patient and will keep you calm and happy no matter what is going on, her calmness is the main thing that kept my stress low. Also, since we were going on our honeymoon right after our wedding, Merlyn so nice and offered to return my rental veil back to the bridal store for me which was one less thing to worry about right after the wedding and extremely helpful! All in all, if you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner, whether its from the very beginning, a month before or just day of, I definitely recommend Flawless Events!

We had a vision for our wedding, however, when Flawless Events stepped in to plan our dream wedding they had the perfect execution, we are happy we hired Flawless Event! Where do I start, from the first phone call we knew we were in good hands. The organization and coordination was superb from the start. We had scheduled meetings, exchange of ideas, connections to the best and affordable vendors, several venue visits, cake tasting, meal tasting, selection of the best table setting, linen and floral arrangements. Oh, did I mention that they also constructed the most beautiful dance floor, even the site manager had to ask how they constructed the dance floor. Flawless Events attention to detail in every aspect of the wedding was just breathtaking, I'm still pinching myself. My guest all complimented the execution of the wedding, even months later I'm told my wedding was best wedding they've attended. The additional details of dancing on the clouds, the DJ, His and Hers signature drinks, the decor, the live musicians at cocktail hour and sparkles to close out the night was just all so amazing. I forgot to mention that Flawless events even returned some rental items to ensure I wouldn't stress or incur a fee the day after the wedding, the little things they did, made my experience with them so special. My wedding planner was single handedly the MVP of all my wedding vendors. She was very patient kind and responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. I could always depend on Her and I would highly recommend flawless events to anyone!

Merlyn was wonderful to work with. I work full time during the week so it was so nice to find someone would would work with and meet with me on the weekends. I thought I could do everything myself but I was so wrong. She was so helpful throughout the process and even had a whole team with her for my wedding day which was an added bonus. Because she had two assistants they were able to get my a subsitute wedding cake when the one I ordered never arrived.

I must first say I gained a friend for life. Merlyn was referred to me by a family member. When I tell you she did an amazing job. I tried to plan my wedding without the help of a professional planner but I was glad I decided to hire her. I was able to let my hair down and Enjoy my wedding because of Merlyn expertise. My sister hired Liline (Merlyn)to be her wedding coordinator for September 3, 2011 but she was so much more than just a coordinator she was like a sister to us. From the start Liline's personality helped me feel at ease and reassuring me to know that we would have someone that would be helping us with the planning. Liline (Merlyn)was great with working with all the vendors and keeping track of the little details sometimes you can forget. She was by our side for weeks before the wedding, helping us in a thousand different ways that went far above and beyond her job detail. She immediately put any concerns we had to rest. Her services were absolutely invaluable, and on the day of we seriously don't know what we would have done without her, if we needed it done, she was there to do it and my sister was able to sit back, get married, enjoy and have a great time with her guests instead of worrying about details. We cannot recommend her highly enough. I only wish my sister had hired her earlier in the process. I just want to thank you for everything you have done. I can't imagine planning a wedding without you. You are amazing! You have been like an angel and I know my planning experience would not have been the same without you. Words can't begin to describe how amazing Merlyn is.... and I'm not even married yet! I never have time for reviews but I had to take the time to write this one. She planned and executed my Miami Bachelorette weekend with 20+ girls, FLAWLESSly..... Every event was incredible (Dinner, Yacht, Brunch, and Massages), all the details were perfect and the gift bags, totes, t-shirts, etc. were superb. Everything was just as I dreamt the weekend to be. To top it off, she is so organized, on time and she is always calm!! I cannot WAIT for the wedding and have NO doubt I am in the BEST hands..

There are certain things you think about doing for your wedding that you are just not sure about; a wedding coordinator tends to be one of those things. You think to yourself do you really need one, is it a frivolous use of money, and what can they really do. From the moment I hired Liline to the day of the wedding, I knew I could turn to her for support and to tell me what I needed to do! Liline was helpful, professional, supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with during the wedding planning, she responds to all your emails in an astonishing fast manner. She goes above and beyond what she has to do. My decision to hire Liline was one of the best decisions I made in regards to my wedding. Above everything that Liline did, the most important thing she provided me with was peace of mind. She even called us on the day of the wedding to see how we were doing. No matter how organized and prepared you are, the wedding day is hectic and things will happen that are beyond your control. Liline dealt with all the little fires, she made sure all the vendors showed up, and the bridal party stayed on shceudle, and she handled all the last mintue payments. Liline is calm and collected. Nothing seems to faze her. My wedding was on September 3, 2011 and I still hear from my guests who compliment her work and how nice she was. I can't recommend her enough or advise people to get a wedding coordinator for their wedding. With all the time and money you spend on your wedding day, you want to enjoy the show not coordinating it. I truly feel that I gained a sister and in my family a permanent event planner. Thank you so much for making our wedding day a breeze! I can't imagine having gone through the day without you. It was so helpful and calming to know she was there. Merlyn, the owner and Lead Planner for Flawless Events Florida worked with me personally. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. My only regret is not finding her sooner. I enlisted her about 6 weeks before my wedding, and signed up for her month-before coordination package. Before Merlyn came on board, my mother and I were doing all of the wedding planning, while also both working demanding, full-time jobs. As soon as Merlyn started working with us, she was wholeheartedly committed to making my wedding vision a reality. She was a welcomed breath of fresh air. She was organized and deliberate in her actions, dedicated to planning every detail, and flawlessly executing them along the way. She managed all of the vendors, venue contacts, and most notably all of the personalities that comprised my 30 person bridal party (myself included), seemingly so effortlessly. She sincerely cared about making and keeping me (the bride) happy! And my husband will tell you, I can be, “particular,” about pretty much everything – especially the wedding. Nonetheless, she was able manage any, and every situation, while maintaining the utmost composure. Her ability to remain so calm, cool, and collected, at all times, was simply amazing to me. In our short time working with Merlyn, she became part of our family, and will always hold a special place in our hearts! Had I known then... I would have recruited her from the very start. As a first-time bride, I had no clue how ill equipped I was to navigate the South Florida wedding industry, and now I do not doubt for a second that having Merlyn at the helm of our planning efforts from the start would have made for a more enjoyable and a lot less stressful experience. Where do I start?! Merlyn, according to our contract, was our day of planner for my husband and I's wedding. However, according to EVERYTHING ELSE, she was so much more! She was not just there for the day of, and we didn't hear from her just a couple weeks before the wedding. She was with us pretty much every step of the way! If we had a question or concern (which was often lol), she was a quick email, text, or phone call away. She always responded within minutes if not seconds, seriously! Merlyn helped us make sure all details were covered, all vendors were in order, and that we sit back and enjoy the wedding day! There were times when the requests from vendors or the venue were many, and she would take over and reply to them, smooth out any bumps, fill out their questionnaires, and contact them for a concern for us. My family and husband and I appreciated having Merlyn with us on our beautiful wedding planning journey. Having her guidance and wedding expertise made the planning and organizing process SOOOOO much more enjoyable!!! I am so happy we made the decision to have her assistance for our wedding. Because of it, my parents, my husband and I were able to TRULY relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing all was taken care of by Merlyn and her team! Merlyn was invaluable to us. As mother of the bride, I was probably more concerned over the details than the bride herself. Merlyn knew the answers to all our questions, made clear things that were not and made the whole planning process orderly and easy. She was sure to keep us on track, that nothing be forgotten and that everything would run smoothly. We must have driver her crazy, between my daughter and myself. But, she never complained and was always with a smile on her face and a peaceful character. The day of the wedding I felt free to enjoy myself as I saw that all was taken care of, everything to the last detail. I look back at the wedding day and feel ever so grateful for having her there.
