t 7:30 am, the team brought their energy and excitement and turned my parent's house into the Flawless salon :) With a bride, 11 bridesmaids and two moms, this was a difficult organizational task, but Kristina, Jules, and Jacquelyn coordinated flawlessly. Even my mom had her makeup done for the wedding- she had never had her makeup done before, but after seeing my wedding makeup trial, she decided to give it a go and looked beautiful. u that you will be happier than you could ever imagine. Now let me explain why: Kristina came to my rescue for my wedding and I don't know if I ever will be able to properly thank her. I booked my original wedding makeup artist over a year from my wedding. She wouldn't do a trial with me until 3 months from my wedding and after the trial I was incredibly disappointed and worried. I didn't feel confident with this person's capabilities for my wedding and I didn't feel that I was listened to when I voiced my concerns. I have a large, pigmented birthmark on my face that is very difficult to conceal and many makeup artists don't know how to handle it - the original makeup artist certainly didn't know how to conceal it and didn't listen to me after my trial when I said it still was visible to me. I canceled my contract and frantically took a desperate chance and contacted none other than Kristina Makris owner and master makeup artist of Flawless Makeup & Beauty Lounge. When I contacted Kristina it was not only THREE months from my wedding and in peak wedding season, but it was over a weekend. Kristina emailed me back the SAME day and said she wanted to help me out and was available. I was stunned! I signed a contract with her and locked my wedding in immediately. Then we booked a trial within a few weeks of signing the contract. My trial was nothing short of perfect. Kristina listened to me and my concerns, she made suggestions and asked questions about the bridal look I wanted, and took a great deal of time with my makeup application. Before my wedding Kristina was always available to speak to about the wedding day timeline, gave me a spray tan location recommendation, skincare tips and even helped with bridal look suggestions. She was extremely kind, patient and communicative. The day of my wedding Kristina arrived on time, set up all of her makeup and lighting, and set the most calming and peaceful mood for the day. She was in a separate room from my hair stylist and it was so enjoyable to be around Kristina that my normal tense, type-A personality became calm and I was able to be in the moment and enjoy the day. My makeup on my wedding day was nothing short of perfect. I couldn't even believe it was ME when I looked at myself in the mirror. Each of my bridesmaids and my 60-year-old mother looked equally beautiful. They were all extremely happy with their makeup and couldn't stop taking pictures of themselves. She listened to each of them and gave them exactly what they wanted. I was so proud of how stunning my ladies looked. Kristina is a true professional through and through. Her skills are unparalleled. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my bridal makeup on the most important day of my life. She listened to me and never once minimized my feelings or concerns about my birthmark. She handled everything with kindness and compassion and was such an important part of my wedding day. I came to her in a panic after I did not like my trial from my previous makeup artist. Her personality is so laid back and calm she instantly put me at ease. She asked many questions about how I like to wear my makeup, my skin routine and my vision, and assured me that I would love the way I looked. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day!!! I was so calm and peaceful knowing that I was in the hands of a legit goddess and couldn’t keep still from her amazing 90s pop playlist. My eyebrows were also on point thanks to dimitra the eyebrow specialist! Who I could sit and talk to for hours on end. Flawless makeup lounge is like every girls dream room I wish I could hang out there every day. I can’t say enough positive things. I would never even consider trusting anyone else with my face! ou feel welcome at the salon and truly care about your skin, makeup, brows, etc. I went into my makeup trial with practically bare eyebrows, terrible skin tone and texture and plenty of blemishes. Within 6 weeks Kristina was able to transform my skin with all of her knowledge and skill. Not only does Kristina do amazing work but she is extremely knowledgable in skin care and all of the product she's uses. Her brow queen, Dimitra, gave me the best brow I could have imagined (I didn't even need to fill them in!) The wedding day could not have been more perfect. Kristina and Ari were prompt, prepared and professional but still fun of course! My bridesmaids and I looked stunning and flawless all day. Even at the end of the night, my makeup looked like I had just finished getting ready! I definitely won't be going anywhere else for skincare needs or makeup for a long time! At my bridal trial Kristina put me on a skin care regimen which made my skin beautiful for my wedding day and she also gave me a tip sheet for Flawless wedding skin. I also grew out my brows and had Dimitra completely transform them before my wedding-she’s truly the best brow specialist EVER! Right before my wedding I visited Flawless for a hybrid set of lashes by Jules. They were amazing and she really took her time. Every service I’ve had there has been awesome and every time I walk in I feel so welcomed and I always leave feeling beautiful! I would recommend Kristina and her team to absolutely anyone for any service they offer- then have gained a lifelong customer! You will not be disappointed with flawless!

I have battled with my eyebrows my whole life and she perfected them with in my first two appointments. I truly could not imagine my wedding without these ladies and highly, highly recommend them!

Gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she forgot so I inquired again, still haven't heard from her. It's been almost two months since my trial date. Decided to go with another vendor now since Kristina is clearly unresponsive and thus unreliable. She had no problem taking my money for the trial though, shame!

Funny thing is I had a feeling in my heart it would be her, but being that my future husband at the time is also from Massachusetts I decided to ask the wife of one of his friends if she knew anyone (just to be safe) and she replied "Kristina" I was so happy because I had already booked a trial with her!! So I traveled from the West coast to the East coast and on a cold January day went and had my trial and absolutely loved it!! I could not be more happier she exceeded my expectations and she is such a kind person!!! This was my first trial and did not have to look further. Having a wedding that is not in the state you live in is hard enough, but it being on the opposite coast makes it that much more challenging. She was accommodating to my travel schedule. I also went back in June for her to do my makeup for my brother-in-laws wedding. 9/23/17 was my wedding day in Tewksbury a day I will always remember!! I can't thank you enough for the glam you gave me and my beautiful bridesmaids!! I highly recommend Kristina!! She is beyond amazing with a beautiful talent!!!
