pletely natural and blended perfectly. My hair stayed gorgeous and held up beautifully all night long with zero issues.
Highly recommend Madison! She’s talented, efficient, and made us all feel amazing. Thank you so much! ❤️

Deysi did an AMAZING job on my bridal hair! She filled in for another girl super last minute and brought her A-game!! Thank you so much!!!
Sara was absolutely incredible to work with. She took my vision and brought it to life—my hair was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Throughout the trial process and on ...
the wedding day, she was so supportive, helpful, and genuinely fun to be around. She made me feel totally at ease, and I felt so gorgeous thanks to her. My entire bridal party looked amazing as well, and everyone's hair stayed perfectly in place all night long. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist and would recommend Sara to anyone looking for someone talented, kind, and a total joy to work with!
I had the utmost pleasure of booking Stephanie (owner of Flawless) to do mine and my bridesmaids' hair for my June 2024 wedding and could not have asked for anything more! I have n...
aturally curly hair and every time I have had it professionally done, I hated it and felt like the stylist did not know how to work with my hair type so I was a little nervous going into my hair trial. I wanted to wear my hair down but knew with an outdoor venue and the summer humidity, it would frizz up before it started and I would constantly worry about it the whole night. Right off the bat, Stephanie listened to my concerns, offered great advice for the best chance to keep it from frizzing, and the trial went perfect. I ended up asking her to stay until after the ceremony to then do an up-do for the reception, which she was more than happy to accommodate and for a reasonable price! I didn’t know, however, that with that came way more than just a hair stylist. I felt like a movie star because she stayed with me the entire day and would constantly touch up my hair and the bridal party’s to make sure it was all perfect the whole time. She even helped steam my dress, fluff my gown for pictures, adjust my dress before I walked down the aisle, and find the rings when we thought we lost them. Way more than she needed to but that’s just the type of person she is! She’ll go above and beyond to make sure your day goes off ~flawlessly~!! Throughout the 7 hours I had my hair down, there was no sign of frizz and everything was as smooth as when she first did it. I couldn’t believe it and was so happy with how it turned out! And then she turned right around and threw my hair up so quickly in the most gorgeous low bun during cocktail hour, which stayed perfect the rest of the night. This is the first time I actually felt like any hair stylist has been able to work with my texture and I couldn’t be happier it. Not only that, but Stephanie was such a joy to be around the entire day. She compliments everyone but in such a genuine way that lets you know she doesn’t just throw them out without meaning. Her easy-going personality can fit into any situation and there is something so calming about how she works and talks to you. Incredibly professional as well on top of everything else! I couldn’t recommend Flawless On Site more and even more specifically Stephanie. You won’t be disappointed!
WOW! Where to start! The amazing duo of Blushtones and Flawless went above and beyond to make our wedding day!! Leah and Madison were so fun to work with, kind and so talented at t...
heir craft!! Both ladies arrived punctually, and their calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put us at ease, making the morning such a fun relaxed and enjoyable experience. Leah made sure that every detail of our makeup was flawless, checking in on the trial and tweaking as needed and Madison did the same with the hair. They are both so talented and make you feel your best!!! If you are thinking about booking them for ANY event, do yourself a favor and book it!! You won’t regret it these ladies are 10/10 at what they do!!!
Flawless On Site's offerings and quality of artists is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for hair services for my April 2024 wedding. All of their artists are super talented...
, and I was fortunate enough to work with Sara. She is not only super sweet and very down-to-earth to work with, but she made sure she brought my hair vision to life. She also was amazing with all the ladies in my bridal suite - even our flower girl's hair came out so cute! I would recommend Flawless On Site to anyone, and I would definitely work with Sara again in the future if I needed hair services for another event.
I truly cannot recommend Flawless, specifically Madison, enough!!! I was so happy after my bridal hair trial; Madison completely understood my vision even though I only had a blurr...
y screenshot of a video to show her what I wanted. My hair looked better than I imagined and better than I thought it ever could!!! I was so impressed after this experience, that I booked Madison again for a Cleanse + Blow Dry Style for my rehearsal in addition to the wedding day. While it looked amazing at the trial and rehearsal, my hair was even more beautiful on my wedding day!! I really CANNOT emphasize enough how beautiful I felt. I received nonstop compliments all evening and my hair style lasted through repetitive placing and removing of the veil/dancing/drinking... My hair continued to look great all night and I never once worry about fixing it.
Madison also made all my bridesmaids, moms, and grandmas look absolutely gorgeous. There was a range of styles with updos and hair down, braids and twists; but Madison somehow achieved a cohesive look while giving everyone their preferred style and making them feel beautiful. We all could not stop talking about how this was the best wedding hair service we all had experienced! Not only did we feel beautiful and receive the exact style we requested; we had so much fun with Madison and her team, and she moved through our large group with ease. Book them for your wedding!
My bridal hair trial was used for my bridal shoot (see photos), and that was just the trial! Again, it was even better on the wedding day! After working with Madison three times, I feel like she is now a friend, and I will create events just to work with her again and again.

and expertise in hair styling were truly commendable, leaving everyone feeling glamorous and confident on this special day. (She even helped me with a last minute hair disaster from being a sweaty planner!)
From the initial consultation to the final touches, they showcased their professionalism and dedication to creating stunning hairstyles. They listened attentively to each individual's preferences, ensuring that the hair designs complemented their features, personal style, and the overall wedding theme. The team's ability to translate ideas into reality was remarkable, resulting in a diverse range of elegant and flawless hairstyles for the bridal party.
Their hair services were exceptional, making them an excellent choice for any wedding party. Their talent, attention to detail, and ability to create beautiful and long-lasting hairstyles set them apart. I highly recommend them to couples seeking a professional and reliable hair and makeup company that will ensure everyone looks and feels their absolute best on their special day!
Stop searching for wedding hair stylists & hire Flawless, specifically Sara F.! She's INCREDIBLE! My hair is so thin and lifeless but that didn't stop her...she worked wonders on i...
t! Because of my thin hair, I had pretty much come to terms with the fact that I'd never be able to have my dream hair on my wedding day—not only did Sara make it happen, she exceeded my expectations and styled my hair in a way I never thought possible. Plus, it held up ALL night! Another important factor of hiring vendors is vibing/meshing well with them and trust me, that won't be an issue with Sara! She's so sweet, funny, chill, down to earth, and extremely easy to communicate with on what you want. She's truly a miracle worker. HIRE her right now!!

er could join me because of the tight space. So not what any bride wants on her day. If environment and experience were much better, the $225 price would have been so worth it.
I truly cannot recommend Flawless for your bridal and bridal party hair services enough! Stephanie and Vanessa made each and every one of my bridesmaids, mother of the groom, and...
mother of the bride look absolutely stunning. Everyone's hair was done to their preferred style, both updos and styled down. While everyone had a range of styles, the bridal party’s hair also achieved a cohesive look and feel. Many bridesmaids commented that this is the best wedding hair service they have ever had - and I think guests agreed!
For my bridal hair, Stephanie understood my vision from the start. I had a great time at my hair trial (which I truly recommend you do) working with her to absolutely perfect the soft glam style that I was going for. She talked me through the rented extensions and I can say I am VERY glad I used them for my bridal style. Stephanie color matched me perfectly and they added incredible volume and held a curl (which my natural hair does not do as well).
While it looked amazing at the trial, my hair was even more incredible on my wedding day. I can't emphasize enough how beautiful I felt. I received nonstop compliments all evening, and my hair style lasted through a windy ceremony and cocktail hour, and continued to look great all night. I never once needed to worry about fixing it.
Flawless is responsive, professional, and prompt. They are on top of their game and an all around fun group of women to spend those early hours with on the big day. They handled a large wedding party with ease. They are your biggest hype team and make the process fun and exciting for you and your bridal party. Book them for your wedding!

ng, then day of…my hair was perfection! Stayed all night in an updo while literally jumping around, was total boho themed and was so comfortable! Only recommendation would be to do the hair trail, but trust them! You are paying for professionals.

awhile to find a hairstyle I would want for the day and she took my vision and did a far better job than I could have imagined. All of my bridesmaids and our mothers looked amazing as well (my mother-in-law said it was the most beautiful she has felt in a long time). Thank you ladies!

ial, and when I let her know later on that the updo hadn't been super secure after the trial, she made sure it stayed in place on wedding day! My bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother also all had their hair done by Stephanie or Megan. Everyone looked flawless (pun intended) and was so happy with their hair. Don't hesitate to book these awesome ladies for your special event!

ed these appointments because she’s so sweet and easy to talk to! When wedding day came, her and her team were on time, and stuck to an INCREDIBLY tight schedule packed with 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms and myself. The hair styles we chose ranged from Hollywood glam waves to textured up do’s and each one came out absolutely amazing! We got so many compliments the whole night. She truly made us feel beautiful!

super personable. She was very helpful during our trial and made the wedding morning easy & fun. I appreciate Sara for being available for an early wedding morning with two of my bridesmaids and myself. She also was available to recreate the look again after the wedding for our day after photo shoot. I highly recommend Sara for any wedding or special occasion, she will definitely be my go to for future occasions!

aids. She was so great to work with because I had 11 bridesmaids who were (a little) difficult to coordinate with before the wedding so my numbers kept changing – but she took it in stride and offered so many different options to make sure we knew all the options of ensuring everyone’s hair was done on time. At one point I had to delegate the coordination to my sisters. She and the Flawless team handled the change-up with ease and they were able to handle everything! On the day-of she was early and ready to go as soon as we all showed up. With her help we were able to stay ahead of schedule and enjoy a relaxing morning. Everyone’s hair looked fabulous and stayed beautiful even in Virginia humidity!

or how to achieve that look with my very thin hair. I had never tried clip in extensions until she suggested them and I’m so happy I trusted her! She worked them into my hair perfectly. She came up with other ways to make my thin hair look thicker. I’m so happy I found Sara and Flawless on Site for my wedding party’s hair! Through the trial process and the many conversations we had leading up to my wedding she became someone I trust and will always support! I cannot recommend Sara enough!
Madison was so great to work with! She did such a good job on everyone’s hair. She listened to feedback and gave everyone exactly what they asked for. Everyone looked beautiful.

o figure out a way to fit everyone in within our time constraints. She was flexible and helpful when I couldn't figure out how to fit us all in! Steph's assistant, Laura, did everyones hair, but mine. They all looked gorgeous! Steph did everyone's make-up and my hair. Everyone kept commenting on what a great job she did and how awesome the airbrush makeup was. It didn't smear or get on peoples clothing and it didn't melt off all night! It was the middle of July and hot outside, and all of the girls' makeup looked flawless until the very last song. My mom was a makeup artist years ago and she was very impressed with Steph's skills! Steph knew exactly what we were looking for and executed it perfectly. I was (and still am) obsessed with my hair from my wedding! It was the first time I had an updo that didn't look sucked back on my head!! Steph completely understood my vision and what I was looking for and made me feel so beautiful that day. It was delicate and pretty and didn't fall out after a night of dancing. Steph was extremely professional and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to book Steph all over again. She is amazing and affordable and I just wish I could have her do my hair and makeup every day!! Thanks, Steph & Flawless On Site!!

She showed up to the hotel on time and had enough time to do the girls in my wedding party, my mother, mother in law and me. She was really nice and easy to work with. She took into account that I barely ever wore make up and gave me a natural look. Everyone loved their make up!

t she's a steal! Seriously, so affordable for the work that she does! I look at my wedding photos every day and am just so thankful I found Stephanie! She was so flexible with the trial and was able to come to our suite on the big day to get everyone ready. Not only did she make me and my bridesmaids look like hair models, but she made getting ready so much fun! She was just one of the girls hanging out and having fun getting ready! She works closely with BlushTones (make up) and together the ladies are just a dream team! Seriously, I can't imagine having anyone else there on my big day!
