Fletch Photography

friendly guidance for a photo package perfect for us. We are so happy with our photos--they are beautiful and so special to us. I loved how Josh and his partner helped us feel comfortable, since it can be awkward getting photographed! Their art direction was spot on, and we have gorgeous photos and memories of our destination wedding. Fletch was seamless during the ceremony and reception, and the online tool for viewing our photos was a great way see and share our special day, too. We highly recommend hiring Fletch Photography for any photo needs!

! He has a lot of his work up on his IG page so please check it out!! He did our wedding and engagement photos, and they both came out better than we imagined. As a couple doing a photo shoot for the first time ever, we felt a little silly posing for photos. We talked about how we were worried they were going to come out awkward...but Josh directed us throughout and made us feel at ease. When we got the photos back we were blown away!!! Somehow Josh used his magic to make the photos come out absolutely beautifully! We looked like a picture frame couple and the background looked like a screen saver!! Josh and Emily worked so hard during the wedding and were taking pictures all day. We are so thankful that we had the honor of working with them, because now we have photos we will be proud to show off for a lifetime. Fletch has given us beautiful photos that capture the emotions through out the night. If you are trying to pick a photographer for your wedding or event, PLEASE give Fletch an opportunity. You will not regret it. They are priced very reasonably and after receiving the pictures from our big day, we would have paid even more for the quality of their work. Mahalo Nui Loa Fletch!!

ith us forever as reminders of our special day. So I took special care when choosing Fletch and pored over sample albums from photographers all over the big island (and the rest of hawaii) to find the very best. Josh's images stood out: go see his website for yourself, the composition and framing and colors have true artistry that is head and shoulders above the competition. Come wedding day, Fletch did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded our wildest expectations. Josh came with a colleague so we had 2 camera folks on site. They were both SO kind and sweet, keeping us calm on our big day while also getting us in position for perfect lighting and shooting some stunning shots. The album download link came back earlier than expected, and we now have thousands and thousands of images, each more perfect and vivid than the next. We asked Fletch to adjust white balance on the b/w photos and they did that kindly for us which was a nice extra touch. Looking back through the photos, not only are they visually stunning but more importantly Fletch took LOTS of pictures of the bride and group, wedding party, and every single guest. Unlike some other photographers who take a billion pictures of the food/decor for their own portfolios, Fletch focuses on the PEOPLE, and there is so much heart and emotions in the photos that were captured on our big day. This is the highest quality, most artistic, and most complete set of images I could have wished for on my wedding day. Mahalo Fletch for being a dream of a photographer - I will recommend you to anybody getting married in hawaii!!

ey are perfect. Collin and I are just blown away by how beautifully they captured our wedding day (which was extremely windy due to a hurricane/tropical storm settling in).  The artistry and eye in how they shoot and edit your pictures is the reason why we chose Fletch Photography. They captured our emotion and love in a way that tells a story with these pictures, which was so important to us with only inviting a small amount of family and friends. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I have no idea how to narrow down which ones to print and display!  I can't say it enough, thank you! If you are looking for a destination photographer in Hawaii, look no further. This is it. With much love, Collin Lindsey, and Lukas

s and made them even grander. My fiance is not always comfortable in front of the camera and as a wedding planner I am not used to being in the spotlight but you made us feel so comfortable and confident that our wedding photos were going to be captured perfectly too. Our wedding previews have us so excited to see more! We were so happy that you could capture our moments we planned for and those that we didn't. You highlighted our love and those that we love in the place that we love. The candid photos made us feel like we were right there with all of our favorite people again. All of the shots look like they are right out of a bridal magazine. You were so incredibly flexible with all of our location changes and really kept us on our timeline. You have an amazing eye for details and I appreciate how many photos you took. Honestly I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. You both are so professional, organized, and kind people. Thank you for helping us capture the perfect wedding day.

e planning process. The last thing you want on your wedding day is to worry about wether or not every moment is being captured. Josh and Miho go above and beyond to capture every moment, and do it beautifully. Our pictures were everything we wanted them to be and more! I feel honored to have had the opportunity to work with them and I could not recommend them more!

to any crazy ideas we had. He was professional to the end and was fun to work with. Can't wait to see how the photos turn out!

th our photos! Highly recommend this photographer team!

nd well organized.

ased on their past photos on their website and social media. We were not disappointed! Josh and Miho were amazing! We were both a little nervous about being photo'd all day and we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about posing for photos- they made us so comfortable the entire day and it was the perfect balance of getting the best shots and just living in the moment. The day was captured perfectly! It was the best day and it's so fun to relive every moment through the photos. We would recommend Fletch Photography for anyone getting married on the Big Island or anywhere they're willing to travel :) Thank you so much Josh and Miho!

ent wedding, mid that I am a total introvert who hates being photographed and manage to make the experience truly enjoyable. If you decide to go with Josh and Miho I guarantee you will be happy you did! What an excellent talented team!

fectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married on the Big Island.

sionally. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with them. It was hard for me to pick where I wanted to take our engagement photos. So, I discussed with Josh the type of look I was going for and he suggested a few places. We were so happy with our engagement photos. The location was exactly what we were looking for and the photos came out amazing. When planning the wedding, most of our communication was via email and they were very responsive. The day of our wedding went smoothly. Josh and Miho knew exactly what to do and captured our special day so perfectly. They go above and beyond to make sure that we got the shots we wanted. When we got our final photos, we were so pleased with all of them. It was so great to see all the moments that they captured because we weren't able to see and experience everything that day. Thank you for capturing our love!

y of pictures from our special day that I will always have and will cherish forever. Josh and his wife did an amazing job capturing the most special and intimate moments from our wedding day and the quality and artistic viewpoints were truly amazing. I can't say enough great things. Highly recommend!

pture us before the ceremony separate, and then together after. They helped us plan out the very best time to take all of the photos. We received so many wonderful pictures only a short time after our big day. The website is so easy to use and you can share photos with all of your guests. Josh and Miho came highly recommended to us and we completely see why. If you want a team to help make your day very special, we would definitely recommend Fletch Photography.

y perfectly. Fletch goes above and beyond to get the right shots and capture your day. My husband normally hates getting his photo taken but they made us both feel so comfortable that the photos look natural and express how truly happy we felt that day. You can't go wrong choosing Fletch!

d comfortable by encouraging us to just be ourselves. Thank you!

liness, and dedication to making our experience special exceeded anything I could reasonably have hoped for. Josh, literally and without exaggeration, saved our wedding day with his quick thinking, decisive action, and relentless positivity. His ability to make the best of a situation was as amazing as his talent with a camera. Book him, you won't be disappointed.

enjoyed every minute they were there. They kept in contact the whole time before the wedding, always answering any question I had and everything went SO smooth the day of the wedding. We just received our preview of our photos and of course they are amazing! If you're getting married in Hawaii , you MUST use Fletch Photography! You'll regret it if you don't.

njoyable. We would highly recommend Fletch to anyone for their upcoming engagement or wedding. THANK YOU Josh!!!

received our photos about 2 months after the wedding and my husband and I couldn't be happier; we will cherish them for years to come. I love that their photos are not just pictures of people and things, but are art pieces themselves. Their artistic style was exactly what I was looking for and I am so glad that I made the right choice! Their portfolio speaks for itself, so take a look at their website if you need more convincing. But, if you decide to work with Josh and Miho, you won't be disappointed. :)

t take a look at their website and you will be blown away by the breathtaking shots they take!

ined. Josh and Miho were very punctual, incredibly professional, and very kind. They were calm when everyone (including myself it was my wedding day) was not. We received our wedding photos 8 weeks later (which is normal if not faster than normal.) They are so stunning!!! I felt they were reasonably priced as well. Don't hesitate to book them as your wedding photographer- you will not be disappointed. They really captured so many beautiful moments on our wedding day.

y enjoyed working with Josh and Miho. We had our wedding on June 18th, 2016 at a private beach club in north Kona with about 70 guests. We were fortunate to have a gorgeous sunset with the full moon rising over Hualalai Mountain. They managed to capture the setting even better than I had imagined. I specifically loved our photos of the dance floor action! It was like we were back on the dance floor! Smiles and laughs! Josh and Miho were professional, down to earth, relaxed and so fun to work with. It was nice to have a husband and wife team that enjoy working together and make it easy and fun for the bride and groom! Thank you Fletch Photography!!

edding day are amazing. Highly recommend Fletch!

ow they put a lot of effort in editing the photos. Highly recommend this power couple for your wedding photographer!!!

ist of preferred photographers, and just by looking at Fletch Photography's portfolio online, they by far had the best quality photos, and the style we were looking for. It's always nice to have a husband and wife team (or two photographers) so that you can maximize the photos you get during your big day (women getting ready, girls getting ready, details of the ceremony and reception setup, multiple views of the first look, etc.) These two were so fun to work with, listened to our wishes, and also had tons of creative ideas for our photos. Although I don't know the total time they ended up being with us (crazy day!), I'm pretty sure they stayed a bit longer than necessary to make sure we captured everything we wanted. I'll be honest and say that the photos did about 11 weeks to get to us. That being said, we got almost 900 photos back for the 4 hours we had with them, and every single one of those color photos in black and white as well! It was so worth the wait!! I could tell that they really took the time to edit each and every one of our photos carefully. I'd work with them again any day!

so creative and easy to work with, they made the process of taking photos so effortless and the end result is just stunning. They were professional, prompt, and captured each aspect of our wedding perfectly. Photos are such an important part of any wedding and it is the best feeling knowing we were in great hands. Thanks to Josh and Miho, we get to treasure and relive all the wonderful moments of our wedding! We highly, highly recommend Fletch Photography!!!

understand their style. They were very responsive and easy to work with even as I planned the wedding from the mainland. Most importantly the photos came out beautifully and they managed to capture so many beautiful moments it is hard to thank them enough. Especially since I cannot pose or smile on demand. The preview photos they sent ahead of the entire batch were a beautiful overview of the day. They helped make sure memories of the day will be easy to share and pour over for years to come.

ople to work with and they created a great wedding photography experience.

would be unable to meet in person beforehand. But Josh and Miho were so willing to help in any way they could, speaking on the phone with us about what we wanted out of our photos and answering any questions we had over email as well. The photos they captured of our wedding were absolutely breathtaking, and their knowledge of the area allowed us to take photos in some pretty incredible places. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the shoot- it really was such a fun part of our day. The moments that Josh and Miho were able to capture will be treasured by us forever. Thank you Fletch Photography!

pturing our special day so beautifully. We will cherish all of our photos for years to come. Everything about the experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Fletch Photography to anyone and everyone!

apture special moments happening, as those are the photos that would help us remember the true feeling and emotion of the day. From reviewing their website, we knew immediately that Fletch Photography’s style was what we wanted for our wedding. And, as expected, Josh and Miho captured our wedding day perfectly! Not only are they great photographers, but lovely people as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Now, nearly a year later, thanks to their hard work, we can look back on our amazing day and remember even the smallest details and interactions that would be long forgotten if hadn't been documented. I would highly recommend Josh and Miho for any of your photography needs!

e recommend getting Engagement photos too. The unique locations and artistry involved in the process are really something! Thank you.

hotos tell a story. Both are extraordinarily talented.

g for lovely company at the wedding all day. They also take amazing photos and put together perfect albums. We would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are looking to capture your wedding in all of the Hawaiian beautiful landscapes!!

otographers at those weddings even come close to comparing to the experience we had with Josh and Miho for our Big Island wedding this past June! We were not very familiar with the Big Island so we left it in their hands to choose the locations and they definitely did not disappoint! Not only did we get breathtaking photos from the locations they chose, we also got to see parts of the island we never would have found on our own. They were a blast to work with too! They're laid back while still remaining professional and really made us feel comfortable...which is quite an accomplishment because I absolutely hate having my picture taken. As a husband and wife team they are very in tune with one another--almost as if they can read each other's minds. They are both so talented, but each in different ways so you end up with such an amazing variety of photographs. There's no question that Josh and Miho are the best! We were absolutely blown-away by all the photos we received. They perfectly documented our big day so that we will be able to re-live those moments for many years to come. Thank you Josh and Miho for making our day absolutely perfect, it wouldn't have been the same without you guys!

our expectations! We can't thank them enough.

is was going to be a small and intimate, but very special affair, and one that we knew we wanted documented the same way that one would document a big wedding. We also knew it would be a challenge to find a photographer who could be there and blend in to catch the magic moments in a candid and authentic way. Josh and Miho were the perfect pair to take us on. They worked with such confidence and ease making all 13 of us feel comfortable in the presence of the camera. They provided suggestions at just the right times to ensure our photos would be well placed that we were taking full advantage of the beautiful sunset and surroundings. At the same time, Josh and Miho let the evening unfold naturally and we ended up with a wonderful collection of memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank them enough and would not have wanted anyone else there with us that day. We were in the best of hands!

l our expectations! Their pricing and service options were clearly explained and there were no last minute surprises or shortcomings. Josh is clearly a skilled photographer who works very hard to ensure he captures more than enough special moments. He "dual wields" having 2 cameras at his disposal and often quickly changes lenses to get several different perspectives. Miho is also firing away from unique angles to make sure nothing is missed. They were professional, fun and easy going, and after a short time, we almost forgot they were there. The quality and quantity of images we received was outstanding. Their editing style is timeless, beautiful and tasteful and every image was provided in both colour and black and white. We can't say enough about Fletch Photography. If you're on the fence about who to chose on the Big Island, look no further. Chad and Ashley

to the Big Island 4 months prior to our wedding to interview 3 photographers, which made our decision a no brainer. Both Josh & Miho are very outgoing and laid back yet professional individuals meaning they're always open to change and suggestions while producing a phenomenal product. At the wedding, they blended in with the crowd VERY well so never felt intrusive or forced, yet the pictures show they were around us and our guests the entire time. Thank you thank you thank you Josh & Miho for perfectly capturing our perfect today. Aloha!

d on June 4, and this talented photographer couple knew precisely how and where to take our wedding party and us (bride and groom) to capture the best scenery and light. Josh and Miho were lovely to work with, and clearly know their stuff when it comes to shooting on the Big Island. When we received our pictures back, I was absolutely floored with how absolutely GORGEOUS they all were. The lighting, the color, the people - everything looks perfectly beautiful, artistic, and reflects the moment that we were in at the time. We seriously could not be happier to have Josh and Miho with us on our wedding day.

and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
