She was even able to include some of our "wish list" items, including flowers on our cake and a spectacular carpet of rose petals down the aisle in an ombre pattern of our colors. I had sent her a palette of our wedding colors, and we discussed the mood and style we wanted to create over the phone and video chat (we planned the wedding 3000 miles away). Diana was very open to trying all different sorts of combinations of flowers and containers until we were happy. In our final meeting on video chat, she experimented with arrangements in front of us so we could get a real idea of what things would look like-- it was really helpful to visualize everything. She also made helpful suggestions on balloons that we might have out in front of our wedding venue. On the big day, she sent me photos of the arrangements before we'd even arrived at the venue. She was very much engaged and in touch. The first time I cried at my wedding was when I arrived to get dressed and she handed me my bouquet. It was pure wrapped-up happiness. If I still lived there, I'd use her services all the time. She has an attitude of "excellence" that you rarely see these days; plus it feels good to support a small business.
