my expectations.

d a lack of consistency throughout the process. I sent clear inspiration photos early on, but the final result looked nothing like them. Rather than making things easier, the team made the process more stressful and disorganized. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected much better communication, coordination, and attention to detail. The worst part of the experience was my interaction with Linda. At one point, she raised her voice at me during a conversation, which felt unprofessional and completely uncalled for. Instead of owning the issue or offering a solution, she placed the blame elsewhere. If we had been told earlier that our request wasn’t possible, we could have pivoted—unfortunately, we weren’t, and by the time it came up, it was too late. Because of the poor communication, lack of accountability, and the way I was treated, I won’t be working with Fleur Detroit again. I hope they take this as a sign to improve how they communicate with clients and manage their internal process.

d the rest of the Events team managed our wedding with grace and a sense of ease--something that is incredibly unique to Darin and only Darin. Our families were blown away by his talent and the way he was able to capture our aesthetic as a couple. As all brides can probably attest, you enter into your wedding day not knowing what to fully expect with both logistics and design, overall. Fleurdetroit far exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond to produce a seamless, beautiful, and entertaining wedding weekend for ourselves and our guests; we continue to receive compliments from everyone who attended, saying that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. So, thank you to Darin, Aaron, and Linda for everything that you have done to make this day possible--we will forever be in awe of your talent! Xx

d provided and placed the florals on my wedding cake. So happy with the beauty and the quality of the services, they captured the elegant vibe I wanted perfectly
