I had a terrible experience with this florist! I used their services for my wedding in 2019. After several conversations with Carol about the floral arrangements, we put together a very detailed contract listing exactly what we agreed. It was even down to the amount of roses and sizes of the bouquets. On my wedding day my bouquet, although beautifully arranged, was starting to wilt and turn brown. All of the corsages were starting to wilt and turn brown as well. At the reception the flowers were not as we discussed. For example, I was missing most of the long stem green roses in vases as table arrangements and the flowers on my cake were not the edible flowers I had requested. In fact the flowers they used were not edible. I attempted to address the situation but there was very little consideration or care about their lack in quality and follow through. At this point, they had their money. Carol was rude, talked too much and seemed incapable of listening to my concerns. While Amparo was cold and accusatory. It would have been great to have at least been treated with respect. With so many amazing florists in Dallas, choose someone with great customer service, values your business and who won’t short change you. I do NOT recommend this florist for anything. My mistake was using them at all! Thankfully, the wedding was a beautiful success in spite of the flowers :)
