My wedding workout at Flex fitness was so much fun! They catered the workout to what I preferred with a killer playlist! The studio had pictures of my fiancé and myself on the screen(so cute ☺️), and even a champagne toast afterwards! It was fun working out in a class filled with all my friends! I highly recommend doing this for a bachelorette weekend or just another pre wedding excuse to celebrate!

I'd always wanted to incorporate a workout in my bachelorette party plans and Flex Fitness was the perfect place to do so! The Flex team went above and beyond. They coordinated to set up a curated playlist and add some of my favorite exercises. They even had photos of my best friends and family members on the screen during the workout.. talk about a special and unique experience. To top it all off, the event was ended with photos and post workout champagne. It was the highlight of the weekend for myself and my 12 bachelorette gals!
