Flexx provided event rentals for our wedding and working with Shannon and the entire team was an absolute pleasure. They made the logistics easy and the rentals were all clean and high quality. It was great to stop by their showroom in Fort Collins to check out the chairs, linens, etc. They delivered and picked up on time and without issue. We’d certainly recommend Flexx for any event!

The people at Flexx Productions were very professional. We had an outdoor wedding and they provided and removed tent, table and heaters promptly and efficiently, being careful not to tap into any sprinkler lines. They even let us test the heaters to make sure they did not put out chemicals that would be harmful to our guests. Our planner (Taylor at Mountainside Events) worked seamlessly with them.

This company was very flexible to our changes we needed to make, everything was available, reasonably priced, and the quality was just what I expected! Would definitely recommend Flexx to other's renting for their wedding!

I never write reviews, but Jenna at FLEXX and both the set up and break down crews were so great to work with, that I had to take the time to give them the review they deserve. Jenna was wonderful to work with, responsive to my requests and when I had a full melt down over the mounting cost of my wedding she helped me make some money saving choices. The crews that set up and then broke down the tents were respectful, self sufficient and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend FLEXX Productions.

Flexx provided tables and chairs for our wedding. They are very helpful with suggestions as to what we would need and how many. They accommodated our scheduled the week before when I realized the return date on the contract would not work like originally planned. When we arrived to pick everything up it was ready to go. When we arrived to return every thing it went smooth and fast. I would highly recommend using them for any event.

Flex worked with us on numerous changes for my daughters wedding, even moving the site for the tent the afternoon before. They were understanding, patient and very professional from the office contacts all the way to the set up and tear down crews. We have already recommended them to others. You won't ever regret using them!

Jessie and her team at Flexx pulled off a beautiful wedding reception event at our home in Longmont. We had them set up a large event pole tent, and rented the tables, table clothes, chairs, natural wood chuppah or arch, and lights, along with the bars and dance floor. They did beautiful and we could not have done it without them! They were fast, efficient, worth every single penny. Jessie is so sweet. Meeting with her was awesome and working with her was a breeze! We are beyond happy and amazed at what they did. They had a large event in Fort Collins the same weekend as our wedding so they did early set up and late take down (lucky for us) and they focused on us and their event. She responded promptly and went over details over and over as the day approached. The tent was absolutely beautiful and our out of town guests even commented it looked like "DIA" which they loved. The whole experience with them was perfect. I highly highly recommend this company!!!! Look for our wedding on their blog possibly this January and see how beautiful it can be. There are so many positives to doing a wedding this route if you have a chance to opposed to booking a venue. And if you do, look at Flexx for your needs!

FLEXX went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was the best it could possibly be. They provided the linens, tables, chairs, and lighting and really worked with my budget, suggesting alternate lighting options that were less costly and actually ended up looking even better in pictures! They were so dependable and timely, and made creative suggestions and solutions. I would reccommend them to anyone
