d in the overall package. There are never any “hidden” costs in addition to the package total. For added peace of mind, our clients have no obligation at that time to move forward with booking our services if they do not feel comfortable. If they do choose to book, a contract is signed for the protection of both parties involved. I know the current pandemic has resulted in many exceptions to our policies but am happy to say we have been able to keep each of our client’s financial losses due to cancellation to a minimum and have been able to return 100% of all weekend expenses. All while doing our best to be flexible, understanding, and compassionate!

ery vague contract that means nothing because she changes the rules so she makes the most money off you. The business is not professional or organized by any means. You are way better off using a better established company that won't rip you off.

COVID-19 pandemic. This was an event that not us nor anyone could have predicted or prepared for so we tried our very best to be flexible and accommodating to all of our party gals regarding options to cancel or postpone their bachelorette trips. We spent many hours working with this client prior to the pandemic as well as on behalf of this client to help cancel all travel plans for her June trip and recoup 100% of costs from vendors. We did hold back a small fee for services rendered which is stated in our signed contract. We believe this client is unhappy with our services ultimately because she is expecting this work to be completed for free and for our fee to be waived. In the end, we understand that this pandemic has hurt everyone in many different ways so we hope to continue to be a positive resource and add value to clients who are planning travel during this time!
