Flinn Block Hall-Is a great venue for any occasion. We had a surprise birthday party. It was a huge success. Not only do they help you with suggestions, they give you a great list of vendors to use. Everyone that attended our birthday party said it was a great venue and beautiful. I would use the Flinn Block Hall again!

I couldnt have asked for a better place to have my special day. Weddings are expensive even in the simplest forms. Flinn Block Hall is very fair priced and the place is BEAUTIFUL! Other venues I looked into were over priced and not as nice. I would recommend Flinn Block Hall to everyone and Anni was such a sweetheart and answered and my questions and always responded to my emails. I wish I could re-live my special day again!

The venue is beatiful, it doesn't need alot of decorations to make your event special. Always punctual with appointments, and flexible with times. Very friendly, and welcoming. I'll definitely recommend.

Flinn Block Hall is a wonderful choice for couples looking for more DIY options. The hall is well priced (on the lower side), and has options to add things if needed. This means you won’t be paying for things you don’t need. You can rent a whole day or by the hour (there is a minimum for hours rented but I forget how many). Dressing rooms are add on so if you don’t need them you don’t pay for them. We needed them and paid for them. There is no kitchen and no cooking allowed. Wasn’t a problem for us, but can be for some. I’ve heard some complain that the two dressing rooms being next to each other makes it hard to not accidentally see each other. We had no issues, just have someone to let the other know to stay in the room for a few minutes. Super photogenic building! Gorgeous brick walls, real wood floors, and as my friend put it, “romantic windows.” Anni was great to work with. She has a lot going on, obviously, but real down to earth and gets things done. Contracts are straightforward and thorough. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available to be there at our wedding but her helper, JoAnn, was excellent. She was ready to help and quite chill which is the kind of person you’ll want on your side when so many things are happening at once. Only thing we found inconvenient was they don’t accept any cards, just cash or check. Otherwise great experience. One of my easiest vendors to work with. One piece of advice is to not over-decorate the venue. It’s gorgeous on its own, you just need some main pieces that make it yours. Happy days!

Loved our special day at the Flinn Block Hall! Anni was amazing & super helpful for all questions we had, suggestions, & organizing our wedding . The hall has been beautifully kept in its original historic state, making for amazing photos the day of, our favorites being on their staircase! The twinkle lights above made for a wonderful touch throughout the night as well! We hope to book again for other big family events in the future.

I love Anni and Flinn Block Hall. The place is beautiful, and it manages to feel intimate even while being one of the larger venues we looked at. A perfect balance between sophisticated and comfortable, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Venue for A Wedding. Flinn Block Hall is a perfect place to have a small wedding of 50 or so guests. Our daughter was wed there last October; the hall was large enough to fulfil everything she dreamed for her wedding: Vows exchanged by the windows, buffet dining with an open bar, and still have enough room for a dance floor and a DJ. Because the building is a modernized old building, Flinn Block Hall is a venue that fits any style of weddings you decorate it be, formal, chic, country, casual.... I recommend Flinn Block Hall for couples wanting to have it all in one place.

I couldn't think of a more perfect venue for our wedding. Flinn Block is beautiful and had all of the touches that fit our personality like the exposed brick and the upstairs loft feel with the windows overlooking downtown. And in another way it was almost a blank slate, without pre set colors and decor, where we were able to bring in our own touches like brass candlesticks and hanging paper lanterns to make it our space for our special day. Anni was great to work with and the facilities were perfect for our catering and bar needs! All in all, we were very happy and I wouldn't have picked a more perfect venue for us.

The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. The owners were very nice. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because nobody was there to let us in the building when they were supposed to so we got a late start on setting up. Fortunately the place is so beautiful that we didn’t do much as far as decorating goes anyways.

My wife and I looked all around Corvallis and the surrounding area to find a venue for our wedding. We looked at 6 venues and finally found Flinn Block Hall. As soon as we walked into the hall, we knew this would be where we would marry. This wasn't the first place we looked, or the last, but we knew this was the most romantic and beautiful place to get married. The owner, Anni was wonderful. She was very helpful, accommodating, and personable. She even gave us a small wedding gift. One of the best things about getting married here was that the place is large enough to fit a DJ, a ceremony, and dinner all in one large room. Our wedding included about 80~85 people including all our vendors, but could easily support much more. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's truly a gorgeous venue and the staff, especially Anni, are amazing. Get married here! you won't regret it!!

Flinn Block Hall was everything we could have hoped for on our "Big Day"! We worked with Anni, and she was incredibly helpful to assist our needs prior to our wedding and on the day. My husband and I were able to celebrate our wedding with over 180 closest friends and family whom all fit in the hall cozy, but not crammed. I would highly recommend Flinn block hall for couples who want an elegant and historic venue that also offers private bride and groom rooms where my husband and I were able to get ready without the stress of traveling.

Ani at Flinn Block Hall was terrific! Very helpful, thorough, and easy to work with. The bride and groom suites were prefect and enabled our wedding party to enjoy themselves while we got ready. We got many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was and how nice it was to have a space that enabled the ceremony and reception in one area. It was a very warm day (August wedding) and we were comfortable the entire time, so rest easy in knowing the A/C works great! We also got our full deposit back, so no issues or nitpicking from them either. I would highly recommend using this venue.

My wife and I were looking to do an out door wedding, but kept running into issues. We decided to contact Flinn block hall and Ann was awesome. She was very professional and helpful. Our wedding was amazing we have so many beautiful pictures!

Bethlen block was absolutely breathtaking with a hint of vintage and the modern touch it was something that looked very delicate and beautiful with the wood and the brick mixture in the structure. My husband and I loved Annie's help everything.

We've shot in the Flinn Hall many, many times and love the exposed brick, the grand staircase and the ornate wainscoting. Antique hardwood floors round out the look beautifully. We highly recommend this location for your event!

We had so many complements when we were married here, the windows and brick walls gave a good amount of character. They accommodate close to or over 200 but I would suggest no more than 150 to not feel crowded. Also there are beautiful parks with riverfront access within 5 minutes for even more gorgeous photos!

I loved Flinn Block for my venue. It was perfect for our late afternoon winter wedding. This venue allowed us to have both a beautiful ceremony and a wonderful reception in the same location. The lights and windows were a perfect backdrop! It was classy yet approachable. I loved that we could create whatever we wanted and that we had freedom on food, music and photography. Also loves this venue came fully accommodated with large refrigerators, food prep area away from guests, rooms for both the bride and groom (we had comfortably had 7 girls getting ready in the bride room!)and available and helpful coordination. The venue owners were always available for questions,detailed oriented and understanding of a stressed out bride. Will definitely recommend to other brides!

Wonderful venue! Anni was great to work with! Quick to reply to all of our questions. The building is amazingly beautiful already so its easy to decorate. Flinn Block Hall made our big day more than I could have ever imagined!

For our wedding on July 2nd, 2015, my (now) husband and I visited a lot of venues before we found what we were wanting. I was thrilled when we finally found Flinn Block Hall...it was exactly what I was looking for. I loved the spaciousness of the room, the beautiful old building, and the grand staircase, which made for some lovely and memorable photos. The owner was very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a wonderful day!

Flinn Block Hall was the perfect venue for our October 1st wedding. The historic building is beautiful and all of the twinkling lights inside are so pretty. Even though the room is spacious, it felt intimate and romantic for our evening event. Additionally, we were happy with how accessible the venue is for our elderly grandparents. Anni was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. She was always quick to respond to email or text and had lots of helpful information for us. She was also very flexible and tried to accommodate us however she could. She was both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Flinn Block to others. We couldn't have been happier with the venue, it helped make our wedding day so magical!

We had our daughters wedding at Flinn Block Hall and it was just perfect. Anni was a pleasure to work with, communicated well, was accomodating and organized. This historic building is just beautiful and needs minimal decorating. It was everything our daughter wanted and more. We would love to have another reason to use Flinn Block Hall again. We got married here on 8/5/2016 This place was absolutely perfect for us. It's great for a romantic ballroom type wedding. Anni was also very great to work with.

Flinn Block Hall is spacious, tastefully and simply decorated, has a beautiful Bride's Dressing Room that is large with multiple dressing tables for bride and bridesmaids. Most importantly, Anni is delightful to work with. It was clear that she wanted the event to be everything we hoped it would be. She responded to last minute requests with grace, good humor and an eagerness to please. At the wedding, her presence was seldom seen but she was instantly available for our needs and comfort. It was an excellent experience! Thank you Flinn Block Hall!

This venue is just the greatest. Anni is very helpful and always reached by text or email, she will work with you and it's very flexible. Flinn Block Hall is so lovely and a great value for the price, which is quite reasonable. I only needed one look at the place to fall in love, the tour was only a formality. It barely needed any decorating, and made my wedding something magical.

My Honey and I got married here this May and had such a wonderful experience. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous but the whole building is in tip top shape, super clean, and super inviting! The bridal suite on site was big enough to hold all 7 of my bridesmaids and family for hair &makeup. The food prep kitchen and bar came in super handy for our families to throw our rehearsal dinner there the night before and had plenty room for our caterer/bartenders. This venue was so gorgeous for our winters night wedding. It was elegant and warm and turned out absolutely perfect. The owner was so great to work with and all the planning and paperwork went perfect and easy. I recommend this place to everyone. It's not only affordable compared to other venues but it's absolutely stunning! Couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

Our wedding reception was held at Flinn Block Hall in May 2014. This is a very beautiful venue and I recommend it highly. Anni was very easy to work with and provided us with a very precise contract that explained everything in easy to understand content. She was always easy to contact with any questions and responded in a timely manner. The Flinn Block Hall is a nicely restored historic building. We were very pleased in every aspect of using this Hall for our reception.

Flinn Block helped make our daughters dream come true! It was an amazing value. I never dreamed she could get married at such a nice venue for the price. The property manager was a huge help. I would highly recommend Flinn Block. Anni is so nice to work with.

The venue is stunning and was the perfect fit for the theme of our wedding and the style I was hoping for. My only complaint is that we had to pay extra for an hour time slot for our rehearsal, but I know that can be common for venues. We absolutely loved the hard wood floors, exposed brick walls and the ambiance set by the lighting and exposed wood beams. We are really happy we chose Flinn Block Hall for our venue.

My husband and I saw this venue when searching for a venue at a good value near Salem, Oregon, with charm and appeal that wouldn't break our budget. We instantly fell in love with it! The old wood floors, exposed overhead beams, windows, and lights on dimmers set an amazing mood for our evening winter wedding. The venue would be phenomenal for any time of year! The owners were warm and easy to work with. We couldn't have had a better experience, and I can't recommend this venue enough.

The hall was beautiful by itself - we added only centerpieces to the tables and a picture string and it turned out gorgeous!

this hall is beautiful but its a little pricy. but if your going for a romantic feel its perfect.

We got married at Flinn Block Hall on June 30, 2012. This was a beautfiul venue for our wedding! The space is amazing and requires very little decorating and it accomodated our 120 guests quite nicely. The cost was great and we really appreciated the ability to use our own catering company. Anni with Flinn Block Hall was also very friendly and easy to work with. If I ever had questions, she had answers - and always within a very timely manner. I would recommend this venue to anyone needing a unique and beautiful space for a wedding or event!

We looked into using this venue, but I had a heck of a time getting anyone to return my calls or emails. Eventually we just gave up and went elsewhere.

We were married at Flinn Block Hall on 12/10/2011. Anni and Marc were fantastic to work with both prior to and on our wedding day. The facility is beautiful and required little decoration. We used the twinkle lights available and many candles and the room sparkled. the brides room is spacious and has dressing tables with good lighting for applying your makeup. I highly recommend using Flinn Block.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Flinn Block Hall as our venue! One of the best decisions we made about our wedding. The owners were very easy to work with, were very informative and helpful, and also were very flexible working with us on wedding details. We viewed the venue and had 1 planning session, but that was more than enough - Anni was quick to respond to any further questions I had, and had a whole packet of information that made planning the wedding a breeze for me. The venue itself is perfectly set up - the bride/groom dressing rooms were exactly what we wanted, the food prep area was just right for getting our reception food set up (we self-catered), and even details like parking and location really couldn't be better. Not to mention the hall is GORGEOUS and made for easy decorating on my part and fantastic wedding pictures :). We are from Portland and still chose to get married here, it is so worth the drive for the value of what you get. Our guests didn't seem to mind the drive at all, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. I highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

This was a beuatiful venue for our wedding! The room itself is gorgeous, and doesn't really need any decorating. We simply did center pieces for the tables and a garland across the front of the buffet counter. The twinkle lights, beautiful old brick and floor to ceiling windows gave the room it's unique historic, but cozy feel. The proprietors were easy to work with, flexible, and helpful. It was a good value for the money; you can't go wrong with this venue. I still smile thinking of our wedding day whenever I drive by.

This was a beautiful place to get married, I couldn't have asked for more. It is a wonderful place to get married. It looks great with little or no decorations and has these really pretty sparkling lights. The venue can accommodate any type of decoration and look just beautiful.
