ID and they had NO ONE as a back up to support our wedding. It's curious that they have no back up support for their business esp at a time like COVID. It's just poor business. Needless to say we were disappointed and frustrated but to be honest I was not surprised sadly. They had very poor communication throughout the planning process compared to our numerous other excellent vendors and even 2 weeks prior they emailed me because they had lost our graphics for the outside of the flipbook so I sent them a copy. This is the Houston location as there are a variety of ones around the US but only one on The Knot.

ever a line because the service was so fast. He kept the books my husband and I made to the side and personally gave it to us before we left for the night. It has been a month since the wedding, and none of my guests go talking about the wedding without mentioning how much they loved our flip books. WELL and EASY deserved 5 stars and most highly recommended! Thanks so much to Ken and his team, I'm extremely happy we decided to use you all! :)

while guest are waiting in the line. Most weddings I have been to had normal photo booths, which are kind of old now and not many are really interested in doing it. Flip book concept really clicked with our guests. There was always a constant line. They did their best to move the line fast, but I like that people actually are using it as opposed to no line. Also they sent a link to all the little videos they took on a web portal. That was very cool. People loved it when we shared them on our facebook. I recommend their service. We had our wedding in Minneapolis, MN. They operate in Minneapolis as well, but for some reason they are not showing on the knot in Minneapolis. This was definitely one of the highlights of our night.
