Flix Factor

I hired Ben for videography for my 10/10/20 wedding but our venue ended up cancelling our wedding due to covid. I emailed and tried to get a hold of Ben to discuss options, but he did not reply and he still hasn’t replied to me. He did not refund my deposit but luckily I got it back from my credit card company...

I would not use Flix factor for your wedding. We were looking forward to trying out a new company who had great reviews and references. He was a little challenging to get a hold of, but I didn’t think much of it. They were very involved on the day of the wedding, but they weren’t there when I did the first look with my dad and were late when I did first look with my now husband. We had to wait and try to find them before we started. After the wedding, Ben said he would have the video ready for us a month later. Which surprised us, but then it took a little longer than he had said, but we still were patient. We loved the 1 minute video, the 7 minute video had weird music, weird pauses and was missing a lot of important things. The longer 33 minute video was a mess, my dads speech looked like it was filmed by a drunk uncle. We asked for some changes and they took forever to change it, and get back to us. I couldn’t access it on google drive and asked for a flash drive, he didn’t respond to 5 of my texts, simply asking questions and asking for help. Our only wish was to get footage of me walking down the aisle, and we hired a second videographer to watch my new husband see me walk down the aisle but we have none of that. Ben will not respond to me and I ended up compiling the footage myself. If you want someone professional, I’d love elsewhere.

Ben did a great job for my wedding, he is very flexible and easy going. On our big day, he shows up earlier and he has done a lot beyond what we have asked for. The film was super Amazing too, we were shocked by the time when we receive it. His price is also very reasonable, would definitely recommend Ben for wedding videos.

One of the best videographers I know . He did a wonderful job at my wedding and filmed every single moment with much detail. He made sure he filmed every person from my bridal party as well as guests ,decor and the whole place as well. He created 3 videos with highlights of the especial moments and they turned out great . Also he was punctual and was so attentive all the time making sure my husband and I were okay ,giving us water and always had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor making us feel more comfortable and relaxed . I recommend Ben !
