n my budget. We had a Covid wedding that was postponed and she was very understanding and we had no issues with her as a vendor. Her communication throughout the entire process was very professional and I never had to wonder what she was doing or felt neglected. During the walk through of the venue she appeared to be more excited than I was lol and it truly made my day. The day of the wedding she constantly complimented me and was present for any questions I had. She was willing to help in other areas as well. The florals were breathtaking!!!!! The vibrant colors and unique touches were more than I could have imagined and I was speechless. We still continue to get compliments and requests for her information. She is fabulous book her now!

lity matters! They were very responsive starting from our first inquiry and genuinely made us feel like they wanted to work with us as much as we wanted to work with them. This makes a big difference. We decided to go with Flor de Casa's floral design and decor package and also worked with them on our wedding design concept. The latter was especially helpful. Over the course of 2 calls and a few weeks, Shanda helped us think through the tabletop rentals that would bring our overall vision to life. In the end, we ended up with beautiful arrangements, special touches like greenery on the chandeliers and a unique ceremony arch, and specialty linens that we would've never found without Shanda. Their team was easy to work with and very flexible as we finalized our guest count, layout, and tweaked our floral needs. They were truly a pleasure to work with!

r quite some time and I can't help but compare Shanda's performance with other professionals. She looks after the event as a whole, properly considering every facet of the day. They're creatives, this is very important when dealing with fellow artisans that work for you on your wedding day. She's never rushed the portrait sessions throughout the day, allowing the couple to enjoy the process. If you're like the rest of us, we don't look forward to picture-taking. Someone waiting for you while tapping their toes until you finish doesn't help. :) There are so many more good things to say as I'm sure you'll see from the other reviews. Cheers.

The first time we spoke was during a phone consultation on my way home in a commuter bus and I wasn't sure I fully expressed my thoughts but when we finally met in person, I was beyond impressed because of how professional and organized she is and also because of how much she actually listened to EXACTLY what I wanted from only one conversation. We immediately hired Shanda and her team as our florist then added on her decor services and finally hired her to be our day-of coordinator. Shanda is poised and knows exactly how to execute.

expos from across the country. I found Flor d Casa Designs through a Virginia weddings hashtag search on Instagram. Their photos immediately caught my eye and I knew I had to have their floral design for my wedding. Shanda was so easy to talk to, I felt immediately like we were friends. When we finally got a chance to meet for a site visit, I knew we were on the same page for what to do with the space. Shanda heard my vision and exceeded my expectations. I was getting married at a farm but wanted to bring some more modern/west coast elements in to the mix and she did just that. My bridal bouquet was AMAZING. Shanda recommended using King Protea flowers in my bouquet and each of the brides maids carried one. I have since had several inquires as to what type of flowers they were because people were obsessed. Guests at the wedding could not stop taking pictures with my arbor because of how beautiful Shanda made it look. Shanda made me feel so special leading up to and during my big day and I could not have asked for a better florist to work with!

We worked exclusively via email out of convenience, and she was incredibly patient with my scattered wedding brain throughout the process. I had a friend pick up the bouquets from Shanda, but I wish I could have been there to tell her in person how gorgeous they were! I've already had two people contact me (not even wedding guests, mind you, they just loved the photos!) asking me for a florist referral. Couldn't recommend Flor de Casa Designs more!

Aside from being very talented at her craft, Shanda is a true professional. This to me was most important. She was super responsive and on top of everything. Communications were on point. Delivery and assembly was on point. She wasn't pushy and she worked hard to make sure I was happy with every single petal of every single flower. And she's just so friendly and sweet and passionate it's contagious. I doubt anyone falls in love with their florist, or any vendor, but trust me, it's unavoidable with this one!

Shanda has the ability to capture your dream with her attention to detail and design, she helped to turn my vision into reality. She is a truly humble , kind and loving person which I feel is extremely important when dealing with a vendor for one of the biggest days of our lives. She is extremely professional and responsive at all times. If I had a questions she would always get back to me within 24 hours, even if it was just to let me know she received my email and get back to me soon. I had high expectations for my centerpieces and flowers and when she delivered them I was truly amazed and speechless (which is pretty hard to do) lol , they came out even better than I imagined they would. I couldn’t have been more happy with Shanda. I am truly thankful for all that she did to make my wedding magical and exactly what I envisioned. Thank you Shanda!
