By the end of the call, Sal mentioned he’d send over a mood board the next day… but within two hours, we received a 10-page PDF outlining his vision for our entire wedding. What really stood out was that he didn’t just reuse the inspiration photos we sent. It was clear he truly listened, found his own inspiration, and created something unique and thoughtful. He even included multiple options for areas where he wanted more direction, which was incredibly helpful and gave us ideas we hadn’t even considered. Throughout the planning process, Sal was extremely responsive, collaborative, and honest. He never tried to upsell us—instead, he guided us on where to invest and where we could scale back to stay within budget, all while still elevating the overall look and feel. He even suggested ways to repurpose some of the more expensive arrangements in different parts of the venue, which was such a smart and helpful way to maximize our budget. On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have a single worry about the florals because I knew Sal and his team had everything handled—and they absolutely delivered. Every single piece they created was breathtaking. He took everything we discussed and elevated it in a way we truly couldn’t have imagined. Even other vendors were complimenting his work and saying they hoped to work with him again in the future. You can also tell he prioritizes quality—Sal was very clear that if certain flowers weren’t in good condition, he wouldn’t use them, even if requested. That level of honesty and commitment is so rare. He’s not someone who will just agree to everything to secure business—he’s thoughtful, realistic, and works incredibly hard to make sure you are genuinely happy with the final result. Even with last minute changes, Sal was extremely easy to communicate and solve with! I miscounted how many tables we would be having and when I mentioned that we would be needing an extra centerpiece (2 days prior to the wedding), Sal was quick to ease my nerves and whipped up another centerpiece like nothing ever happened! they were who we wanted to make our florals and centerpieces beautiful. We were so happy we booked them when we did because they are booked two years out! The planning process was easy and their expertise was really helpful. When you are planning a wedding, you have no idea where to start. Sal's mood board was beyond what we could have expected. He listened carefully to the wants our ceremony and reception and made it appear. I really wanted sunflowers as the focus and he made sure they were elevated in every piece. When we got closer to our wedding, we discussed wedding centerpieces and additional table decor. When we saw the huge candelabra and tall gold centerpieces, we fell in love. He supported our flowers being non traditional, vibrant, and bright, We mixed the sizes of the centerpieces and it elevated the event greatly. My bouquet was breathtaking and beyond my expectations. I could go on and on but the pictures will say it all. Everyone at the event commented how stunning the florals and center pieces were. My husband was blown away and I definitely started to cry happy tears when I saw the empty reception room before the ceremony. ith. My wedding bouquet was everything I dreamed and more! A huge highlight that everyone still talks about is the cascading staircase flower arrangement at my venue! He exceeded my expectations and created my vision from just a few reference photos! His attention to detail and craftsmanship for each piece he creates is what sets him apart from the rest!

d have imagined. We got married in the Bok Building in Philadelphia, which is an old school so party was in the gym. We wanted bright colors and disco balls and Sal & co delivered and then some. It was easy to see how passionate they are with their work and how much fun they had to help our wedding come to life. We received tons of compliments on the floral arrangements and decorations and have these guys to thank. Sal was also a delight to work with; he was friendly, knowledgable, and resourceful. We were beyond satisfied with the value for their services. If you want your wedding to be as beautiful as it can be, you absolutely should work with Flora + Dean.

comment we got the most from our guests on our wedding day was that we had the most beautiful wedding flowers they have ever seen – and it’s true. I love that I will get to stare at them in photos every day for the rest of my life. The entire process was seamless and honestly so enjoyable. Not only is Sal amazing at his craft, but he is the absolute nicest/kindest person to work with - I genuinely enjoyed our planning calls and you can tell how passionate he is. He and his team were detail oriented, organized and so efficient – they listened to any concerns we had and kept us closely involved. After our initial meeting, Sal created a mood board for the various floral components that we legitimately used for everything – we referenced it for bridal dresses, shared it with other vendors and used it to coordinate other wedding colors with. Flora and Dean legitimately made our wedding day – I wish anyone/everyone would be so lucky to get to work with them!

They did an amazing job, but what was even better was how great it was to work with them. Sal was so nice and patient as we kept adding more pieces and asking questions. 10/10 recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I loved working with them so much that my sister and my mom decided to surprise me and hire them to do the florals for my bridal shower, too! Everything was truly perfect. We showed him our venue (Felina) and some inspo pictures and he exceeded every expectation I had on wedding day. He worked well within our budget. At our final design meeting, I basically changed half the vision and with a smile on his face, he had no problem at all! Sal hand delivered my bouquet the morning of before heading to our venue to set up. He is such a breath of fresh air for being apart of such a crazy industry.
