My wedding was back in October 2023. I was happy with the quality of the flowers and the service leading up to the big day, but not the day of. The good: Vitae was very polite and was able to match my vision quite well with the inspiration pictures that I gave her so I was happy with that. The bad: I asked my 10 month old niece to be my flower girl last minute and Vitae said she could make it work. She even asked if I wanted a basket and asked if I wanted Ivory or White. I told her Ivory. Wedding day comes, she texts me sometime between 11 AM and 12 PM (the wedding ceremony is at 2), that they will be arriving at ONE THIRTY. Thirty minutes before my ceremony. I almost missed this text since I was busy getting ready and my (now) husband was waiting around at the church with the photographer, videographer, the groomsmen and my dad and his dad and there were no flowers. We barely got any pictures before the ceremony. Plus the man who put the boutonnieres on the fathers and groomsmen rushed and nearly stabbed each guy with the boutonniere pins as he put them on. When the bouquets and flower petals were delivered to the church, I found out after they already left that there was no basket for my flower girl. Vitae had claimed that it wasn't on the order when I texted her asking what had happened. Weeks ago she told me that it was $45 for both the basket and the flower petals. On wedding day, she told me that that $45 was only for the flower petals... conflicting information. So because of what she claimed, I couldn't get a refund. What a mess. I realize I had a few last minute changes, but she didn't handle them well and texting the bride the morning of that you're arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony is not a good look.

Vitae has been the most enjoyable part of my wedding planning. Her enthusiasm made me feel genuinely cared for. I had a very specific look I was going for. I guess you can say im a perfectionist and that I have very specific and high expectations. Well, Vitae fulfilled every single expectation I had plus more. I gave her photoshopped drafts of the designs I had in mind, and it was absolutely amazing to walk into the reception on wedding day to see my creations go from a screen to real life. It was literally spot on. Every single guest complimented her work. Her work was truly jaw dropping and I am so grateful that I chose you Vitae. Even the Harro East ballroom pulled me aside and said “wow your florists are awesome”. It was nice to be able to adjust my designs so that it fit in my budget too- thank you for making that process easy! You made my fairytale day come true Vitae. Thanking you with all my heart. Floral and silk event designers was simply amazing !! They made our wedding a fairy tale ! The whole process was so easy with them! From the start they always called us back and answered us in a timely manner !! We even added things last minute and they made sure that the flowers were there!! Our wedding was more than we even could have imagined it to be. They added extra flowers and all our center pieces were stunning ! My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous !!
