Floral Expressions

In the end, my florist did a wonderful job with the flowers that I asked for. I loved my arrangements, bouquets, etc. However, her service was terrible - she blamed me for having my wedding on Mother's Day weekend, she did not touch base with us as promised regarding return of the vases (we were on our honeymoon!) and she was late to the church with our flowers. We ended up not getting a lot of the pictures I wanted and were later than we should have been to the reception. She still blamed us for that and only took $25 off the bill. She was extremely whiny about how much work she had to do and how she needed information that very second or it would be hard to do anything that we requested. She did not hold up her end of the contract and did not contact anyone in the days leading up to the wedding or afterwards. However, she charged us late fees and non-return fees on many items, even though she did not contact the church or reception site (or me or my parents!). I paid her what she requested just to be done with it. Do not use Floral Expressions in Chapel Hill!!!!
