We had our wedding reception at Floral Terrace just two weeks ago, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Mike was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived in the morning to get ready in the bridal suite until the moment we walked out at the end of the night, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and such a pleasure to work with.
The atmosphere was magical, the staff was wonderful, and our guests are still talking about the food and the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. If you’re looking for a venue that combines outstanding service, incredible food, and a beautiful setting, Floral Terrace is the one.

nish at 5:00pm. We got there for 9:00am, we were allowed to enter the building to get dressed. The ceremony hall wasn’t decorated our stuff was still in the holding area my maid of honor was the one who had to accompany the senior maitre d to identify our items. Secondly we were constantly rushed from leaving the ceremony to the cock tail hour to grab a bit where we got dress to then enter the ball room. As my husband, my self and the photographer enter the ball room I notice our Cake wasn’t even there and that was like 12:00 noon. I had ask for a special entrance for the bridal party to enter the ceremony that didn’t happen they direct the bridal party otherwise. Thirdly, they had advised us on the day we made our first payment that they only host one event at a time, that’s not true. They packed our items on a cart and shoved them down to the second floor we were not allowed back to the forth floor where we got dressed first to retrieve our item, as they had another event and that floor was off limit. I had some item that I had dropped off days before to be used the day of the wedding they were not used. I called couple days after to ask if I could pick them up the person whom had answered the phone told us he’ll get the message to the senior maitre d for him to call us back as he wasn’t available but he never did. Everyone has their own experience, but the greatest of all my guests had no idea what was going on “thank God”.

g reception (couldn't beat the price either!). I can't put into words how unbelievably happy I was on my wedding day. Everyone at Floral Terrace went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with everything. The food was phenomenal (I have heard so many great things from my guests about the cocktail hour, entrees and viennese hour). The service was amazing and everyone was so surprised when the waiters and waitresses came around asking people if they wanted more food during dinner. Pictures of this venue are beautiful, but seeing it in person is completely different. I'm so thankful to the stuff for helping to make my wedding day absolutely perfect!

here. Paul and Frank were great to work with! Everyone their catered to our every need. We had guests coming up to us throughout the night saying how delicious the food was and how beautiful the place looked. They only do one wedding at a time so your the main focus of the day. Our bridal suite attendants were so sweet and helpful! If your looking for a wedding venue I would recommend Floral Terrace. They made our wedding day so extra special!

o Floral Terrace, we knew it was the venue for us. We were so impressed with the staff, decor, and the fact that it is a one wedding venue (i.e. your wedding is the only wedding that day). We decided to do all of our day of events at Floral Terrace (ceremony, cocktail, and reception).
The entire team was fantastic. I sent a LOT of emails over my year of planning, and they were always polite and responded in a timely fashion. Any time I wanted to go in for a meeting, they were very accommodating. Day of, everything was run so smoothly - I had a lot of instructions around decorations and timing of events, and they followed everything specifically. It was all executed perfectly.
Now (a couple of weeks later), I am STILL getting calls from guests just to tell me how much they loved the venue and wedding as a whole. We've had several people say it's the best wedding they've ever been to. Additionally, a few of our friends who attended are in the wedding industry, and they commented that this was the best run wedding they've ever seen.
You cannot go wrong with choosing Floral Terrace for your next event - the team will make you feel so welcome, and will make sure everything is planned incredibly well.

e both looked at each other simultaneously and knew we had finally found our venue . We signed the contract about 30 mins later. We delt with Paul who was very nice. A couple of things happened on our wedding day that won't allow me to give this place 5 stars. One of the venue's bridal attendants misplaced the wedding bands, so they never made it to the best man. We ended up getting married without our rings. She later found them. One of the banquet managers ,Tito was extremely aggressive and short with our guests. Our guests complained that their food, drinks and desert were taken away as soon as they got out of their seats. So quickly that some of our guests barely touched their food or deserts. Some of our leftover favors that the venue had in a closet were not returned back to us and we were told were missing. I wasn't made aware of this until after the wedding was done. Thanks to my mother who made sure none of it got back to me. With the exception of the missing rings which almost sent me into a panic attack.
But overall the venue is absolutely breathtaking, the food was good and Paul and Diana were very pleasant to deal with.

is unlike any I have seen and it just set the ambiance for the night. Everyone that attended our wedding had nothing but great things to say about the venue. What I loved most was that because they only do one event at a time you truly had one on one attention and it truly showed. The bridal attendants were amazing anything I needed they were there. They along with the managers and maitre d were visible and always making sure both my husband and I and our parents had whatever we needed. We had an amazing time and it was truly an amazing place and if we had to redo it we would still have it at floral terrace hands down!

and it fit with our theme.
Paul was very informative and took his time explaining everything to us, from day one! On our wedding day, Paul, Frank, and their staff took care of everything: they made sure we had food and drinks in the bridal & groom suites; cocktail hour was amazing (the set-up and everything); and reception was organized and attentive.
Floral Terrace made our special day less stressful for us. All our guests were impressed and raved about the great food & great service. Hopefully, they are around for our 25th Anniversary so all of us can relive the entire experience.

ception. Frank was so welcoming and informative-- not to mention the most honest person we met with (and we looked at 15+ venues!). On the days leading up to the wedding all of my questions were answered before I even had to ask them. We were married on October 23 and every single detail was taken care of perfectly. Every person that worked the event was amazing and extremely helpful and professional. Everyone is still raving about the party, the room, and the food! Make sure you go see Frank before you book your event!

11 years ago, my friend got married at Floral Terrace and I remember it being an amazing wedding. In 2014 my cousin got married at Floral Terrace, WOW it still was an amazing place...
to have a wedding. So when my husband and I got engaged I knew where our wedding had to be Floral Terrace!!! We got married March 19, 2016 and Floral Terrace did an amazing job. Our guests are still talking about how great our food was. We come from big Italian families and the food is what makes a wedding. Paul and the staff were amazing. They made sure every small to big detail was perfect for my husband and I.
This is how good the service was, my 93-year-old Aunt had to leave the wedding early, the waiter at her table overheard her talking so he went and got her coffee and cookies so she didn’t mess her dessert. Seriously just WOW. She’s still talking about how great our wedding was and she’s not big on complements LOL. If you want an amazing wedding Floral Terrace is the place for it. Thank you, Paul, and the family at Floral Terrace.

hat does not make this a 5 star review:
1) one of the bridesmaids got stuck in the elevator and there was no phone in the elevator that she could call anyone to notify of the problem.
2) We had a customized cake and it took me months to get the cake design the way I wanted it. I had 5 sentimental ornaments on the cake. When the cake was brought out the ornaments were on it. However, we did not see the cake after it was taken in to be cut and those ornaments were never returned to us!
This really angers me because the hall was going to reimburse us for the ornaments which were probably stolen from a staff member but the price of the ornaments were nothing compared to how much they meant to me and my husband. I don't want their money, I want my ornaments. For the hall to hire someone on their staff that would just be so stupid, selfish and greedy to steal ornaments because they were pretty, is horrible!

special day. From helping us organize the day, great food, finding vendors, keeping us posted on changes, accepting our changes, etc.
The one thing that sticks out is... Our guest and us had a great time... a little too good, the night of ;-) So good we may have misplaced the top of the cake when we left. When we informed Floral Terrace (Paul) a week after, he replaced it right away. Very touching gesture that we really appreciate.
To be honest, Floral Terrace is a perfect 5. The 4.5 stars for Quality is not a reflection on the staff at all. I am very picky by stating this, but the only knock is they don't have a outdoor space to take pictures, although they do make up for it indoors.

They handled so much of the details for me and my husband and ensured that nothing was left to be worried about on the day of. Our Matre D and bridal attendants treated my husband and I like royalty. They truly made my day perfect and everything I could have ever wanted.
Our guests have been raving about the venue, food and friendly staff. It really is true, your guests will remember the music and the food, not much else, and Floral Terrace will certainly be remembered for years to come.
I highly recommend paying them a visit and allowing them to help you plan the day of your dreams!

First they only have one function going on at a time which is one reason my husband and I booked here. All the attention is on you and your guests, no one else but the people you invited will be there its just great. The place is beautiful! The food is fantastic! I have never heard people rant and rave about catering hall food this much! My guests said my cocktail hour was amazing. Me and my husband met working at a catering hall so we know a little something about it and this place got it right. The cocktail hour was beyond amazing, then dinner then dessert, our guests were blown away! After dinner was served they even went around and asked if guests wanted seconds or to try something else !The staff was awesome!! The bridal attendant I had was Jessica, and she was great followed me around everywhere holding my dress, veil, bouquet she busseled it for me and she did a great job and she was so sweet. The bridal attendtant and matire d's always made sure I had a drink, food was happy everything, as well as taking care of my bridal party. Everyone always says at their own wedding they didn't get to enjoy it, eat or drink. Well the Floral Terrace made sure we did all of those. They made sure we enjoyed the cocktail hour food, dinner and dessert. I enjoyed every minute of my wedding. It was so care free and beautiful and I owe it all to Floral Terrace. I very highly recommend the Floral Terrace!

aff went out of their way in every aspect to make sure my brother and his wife were 100% satisfied. Even things that weren't Franks responsibility or problem were quickly fixed and taken care of (hotel shuttles and room rates). The food was plentiful and delicious (People cannot stop raving!) They offered seconds and warm towel service which is awesome and sent us home with 16 trays of food that we have been enjoying since! There was not one server or bartender that didn't have a smile on their face. If you're looking for a hidden gem this is your place...I just hope my wedding in sandcastle in march is just as nice (same owners)! If u booked here have no fear, your day will be perfect and your guests will leave happy!

I have been on a hunt for a venue to hold a wedding for up to 150 people or more. When my fiancee and I walked through the door of Floral Terrace, we were thrown back by the beauty...
of this hall. We both envisioned our first dance in the ballroom under the beautiful chandelier. Being that food is an important part of a wedding, and my beau is in the industry, we requested a food tasting. I was confident that the food would coincide with the magnificent place. I WAS WRONG. First the cocktail food that was brought to us were just okay, nothing wowed us, but when they serviced the pasta, OH MY GOODNESS! IT WAS CRUNCHY! and they told us its called 'al dente'.I personally like al dente, but this was raw. Not for nothing, but us Italians know how to make a plate of pasta (but the sauce was good). Then they told us that on the day of my wedding it would be perfect. The sad part is that it WAS someones day! But we continued, they brought us filet migon, shrimp, salmon, rack of lamb, and stuffed chicken. The filet migon was over cooked and the first taste was burnt meat, the rack of lamb was so dry and tough and hard to chew, that I would of been embarrassed to even present it. But the chicken,shrimp and salmon were good. When we told them our concerns, they attacked us saying that's how lamb is supposed to be cooked. Again, they are insulting my intelligence as well as my fiance's intelligence. Not once did they apologize for their mistakes and they made us feel uncomfortable. I LOVE THE BUILDING and the ROOM, but no bride should have to worry about the quality of food presented on her day! We were at a food tasting where this is their opporunity to impress us, but instead all they did was insult us. I fell in love with something that did not care enough to wow us. Please just be aware if you fall in love with this venue! Make sure its to your liking!

Overall our wedding venue was wonderful. Floral Terrace is an intimate atmosphere because when you book your wedding there you and your guests get the full attention of the staff ...
because your party is the only one in the entire building. George was our Maitre D and he never left our side. The banquet room at Floral Terrace is so lovely, the ceiling adorned with a crystal chandelier and a Sistine Chapelesque painted ceiling that you can atare at all evening.
